Abbie – 10 year old female Lurcher

Abbie is a black female Lurcher who is about 10 years old and currently feeling rather sorry for herself in kennels as she is used to living in a home. Unfortunately, she recently had a falling out with one of the other Greyhounds she was living with and the owner is now unable to keep them together.

We know little of her previous history but think she had quite a hard life before moving into her most recent home as she can be nervous around new people until she gets to know them.

For this reason, we are looking for a home without children as we don’t think Abbie will cope with the unpredictability and excitement that small people can bring! Abbie is a very sweet girl who responds well to kindness and care but will need to be an only dog in an experienced, calm home that can provide her with love and stability for the rest of her days.

If you are looking for a loyal sighthound friend, Abbie would love to hear from you so please get in touch.
