Alfie is a 3 month old male Catalan Sheepdog. Super, super cutie Alfie has a lush, black, long, fluffy coat and is a typical feisty little pup who is very confident always wanting to play but he also loves lots of cuddles and affection from anyone willing to give them.

Alfie is already being house trained and doing well with his walks on a lead and his recall is excellent. All in all a wonderful addition to any family as a perfect age to socialise with children and introduce to cats, he can be cat tested if needed.

Alfie was one of a litter of 5 pups that the Spanish shelter was asked to help find a home for. The Spanish family have managed to find homes for the rest of them but have asked for our help for him.

He loves to please and is a very smart and quick learner – the foster family have already been teaching him the basic commands and he is very obedient. Alfie will be a large boy when fully grown, at the moment(January 2018) he measures Height to shoulder 25cm Body Length: 41cm

Fosterer’s report: He is in a foster home in Spain and is a wonderful little guy who loves the foster homes other dogs. Catalan Water Dogs do need a fair amount of exercise and mental stimulation, and something like agility or obedience classes would be perfect for him. If you’re not an outdoorsy person or if you just want an undemanding pet, this is not the breed for you! Current location is in a foster home in Spain can travel to the UK once he has a home to go to.

Vaccinated, wormed, flea treated, Too young to be neutered but this must be done when they are old enough, microchipped, 4 weeks free Pet Insurance, Pet Passport, Any known health issues NONE KNOWN.

For Dogs coming from Spain: This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog- microchip, passport, vaccines, tests for European diseases, neutering, parasite treatment and transport to the UK.

Adoption Fee : £495 – to be paid direct to the Spanish rescue to cover travel costs via UK bank account
