Alfie – 8 year old male Cocker Spaniel

Alfie is an 8 year old Cocker Spaniel who has been through some stress recently and it’s affected him greatly, so he needs someone with some understanding of his breed. He’s a lovely lad, just nervous when first meeting but after that he’s very friendly.

Alfie has been living with his brother but recently he’s taken to guarding beds and toys from him, so he’s going to be happiest as the only dog in the home now. He gets along very well with other dogs outside of the home, and it’s important that he be kept socialised, to him particularly. Due to his resource guarding, homes with younger children won’t be suitable for Alfie, any kids will need to be above 16.
