Ash is a 2-3 year old male Pointer Cross. Ash was rescued in Cyprus and has flown to the UK hoping to find his very own family and forever home. He is currently living in our kennels in Atherstone, North Warwickshire. Ash is a lovely boy who spent 7 months in a cage in Cyprus being overlooked when people were offering to adopt his cage mates. One by one the other dogs found homes and he was left behind. He really has had such a sad life to date. We could not leave him in Cyprus and so have flown him to our UK kennels hoping that by giving people a chance to meet him, they will fall in love with him and offer him a forever home. Whilst we do not know Ash’s exact parentage, he does appear to be 100% Pointer as well as 100% gorgeous!
Ash is desperate to find a family that loves him. He tries so hard to please his humans and is a really loving boy. He gets on well with all people and is simply content in human company. However he would prefer a home with no young children but would be happy to share family life and adventures with older, dog savvy, teenagers. Ash has given us his wish list for his new home: a big garden, a soft comfy bed, his very own human family to love and care for him for the very first time in his life; No young children. Prior to being rescued by our charity he was neglected and unloved. As a result he really doesn’t ask for much in this world and expects even less. He is simply so grateful for any kindness shown to him. We hope to find Ash a home where he will be loved and find out how wonderful his life can really be. He has lived without much comfort and few kind words, so a comfy bed, a cuddle or two and perhaps a toy of his own will seem like heaven to him.
At the moment Ash has no idea what a sofa is so that would be an optional treat! He really is an adorable boy, so appreciative of attention given to him by his human(s), and generally well behaved and really loving being in the UK.
If you can give Ash a chance of a comfy, safe and secure home so that he can now live his life to the full, please contact us. He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Minimum adoption donation £275. ADOPTION IS SUBJECT TO HOME CHECK. Full post adoption support is available from our charity.
