Gretel – 3 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier

This is Gretel and she is a 3 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She is white in colour with black spots and she is smallish in size. Gretel is a very friendly, bouncy, waggy girl who is lovely and kissy! She is a firm favourite at the kennels as she is such a sweetheart.

She loves all the people she meets including older children and we think she would make a lovely affectionate and devoted addition to a family. Gretel largely seems to ignore other dogs when she is out and has some doggie friends at kennels but we do feel she would like to be an only dog in a home where she can have all the fuss for herself!
Gretel came into our care very skinny, looking like she had just been used to produce puppies with such a sad look in her eyes – luckily she is safe now and looking for her forever home where she will be loved and cherished!

Buster – 6 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Please meet Buster, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, male, approximately 6 years old. He is black brindle in colour with white markings and he is small in size. He is a lovely friendly and steady chap who would slot well into any home. He is living with an older child at the moment who he absolutely adores. He travels well, walks well on the lead and has a great recall and isn’t possessive with his food – what a dream boy!

Buster is also sharing his foster home with 2 other staffies – he is great with other dogs and loves to play and will happily share the toys and beds. He enjoys a fuss and cuddle but isn’t demanding. As he enjoys their company so much we are looking for a new home where Buster will have a doggy friend or two to have fun with!

His owners had signed Buster over into our care due to lack of time as they had a new baby. Buster became very depressed and sad in kennels and is now living in a foster home where his great personality has really come out – he is wonderful and hasn’t put a paw out of place!

At first Buster did not like being left on his own but his foster mum has been working hard at this and he is now OK to be left for a couple of hours and has been crate trained. Living with other dogs also has helped him feel much better about being on his own. We are looking for a home where someone is about for most of the time so he can settle in and build up the time he is left again.

Buster is currently living in a foster home in Stockport and prospective new owners must be prepared to travel to this area to meet him…

All prospective homes will be homechecked and all our dogs are neutered, vaccinated and microchipped before being rehomed. We do not rehome to families with children under 7 years of age.
