Judy – 4 year old female Giant Schnauzer
Judy is a 4 year old Giant Schnauzer, who is looking for a new home due her owners’ separation. Judy is an affectionate girl who is well-behaved, obedient, toilet-trained and can be left alone for a few hours without problems. She is shy around strangers, especially frightened of men and would benefit from more socialization. She enjoys the company of children of all ages and is good with other dogs and cats.

Judy has a very sweet and affectionate nature, forming bonds quickly and strongly and showing great loyalty. A loving and playful dog who will need someone who has owned large breeds before and is confident to manage her timid nature around people she doesn’t know. She will requires a minimum of one hour of off-lead exercise daily. Judy is looking for a perfect new home, a home where she will be loved and cherished for the rest of her life.

Tinker is a 2 year old Border Collie who is looking for a new home because his owner felt he could no longer trust him after he snapped at one of the children in his household. Poor Tinker has obviously been regularly teased by children in his past, he is very cautious of them and prefers to keep his distance. He is a sensitive soul who is eager to please.

Intelligent and quick to learn, he would make an ideal non-competitive agility dog. He will need to go to training classes to keep his active brain busy. He is good with other dogs, toilet-trained, responsive to commands, and is generally submissive, sweet-natured and affectionate. A lively and playful dog who loves nothing more than going for long walks and playing fetch in the park.
Tinker isn’t too keen on being left alone so will need someone who is around for most of the day. He is looking for experienced owners who have owned Collies before and will be prepared to exercise him for a minimum of two hours of off-lead exercise every day. Any children in his new household will need to be sixteen years upwards.
With plenty of mental and physical stimulation Tinker will make a well-behaved, fun-loving and loyal companion. Tinker is looking for a perfect new home, a home where he will be loved and cherished for the rest of his life.

Vader is a 10 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, who is looking for a new home because his owners were emigrating and decided they couldn’t take Vader with them. Vader a loving and affectionate dog who is friendly with strangers and gets along well with other dogs. He knows basic commands, and is usually responsive but occasionally chooses to have a mind of his own.
He is a playful dog who loves his toys – especially the squeaky variety – which he loves with a passion and which his new owners will need to indulge with patience. He also loves splashing about in puddles and mud and digging in a muddy garden. Other great loves include the comfort of sleeping on sofas and human beds and his food – he can be very greedy and will do anything for a piece of hotdog.
Sensible and loveable Vader is looking for a new home with someone who has owned dogs before and has researched his breed. He is happy to be left alone for up-to to four hours without problems and would suit someone who works part-time. Still active, he will need at least one hour of off-lead exercise every day. Any children in the household will be twelve years and upwards. He doesn’t like being told-off and will sulk if reprimanded.

Ben is a 14 month old German Shepherd who is looking for a new home because his previous owners moved to a flat that doesn’t allow pets. Ben has a lovely natured, although a typical lively young Shepherd who needs to learn manners, he is extremely eager to please and enjoys his training. He gets along well with children of all ages, strangers and other dogs.
He is toilet trained, responsive to commands and can be left alone for short periods without problems. Playful Ben loves to play fetch, it’s a game he could play for hours on end. He also enjoys his daily hour long off-lead walks in the park which his new owners will be expected to continue.
Ideally we would like his new owners to take him to training classes, this is something he would thoroughly enjoy. A lovable and affectionate boy who will make a great addition to a family who have the time on their hands to keep him occupied both physically and mentally. His new owners will have owned large breed dogs before and will have fully research his breed.

Nemo is an 11 month old Rottweiler male who is looking for a new home because his elderly owners felt they couldn’t cope with a large young dog. Sweet-natured Nemo is well-behaved, toilet-trained, walks nicely on his lead and is well-behaved off lead. He still puppy mouths which is improving with training.

He is not used to being left alone for long periods but has coped without problems when left alone for a couple of hours. He likes greeting new people and is very friendly towards everyone he meets. He is good with other dogs when he is off-lead in the park and enjoys socializing and playing, but he can become defensive towards other dogs when on his lead.
Affectionate Nemo loves to give kisses and cuddles, and loves to snuggle up next to you. He also enjoys having his tummy rubbed and receiving attention in general. A soppy lad who will make a fantastic companion for someone who is experienced with large breeds, ideally Rottweiler types.
Although not essential he would benefit from, and would enjoy, attending training classes. Due to him not having lived with children in the past we would prefer to find him a home where any children in the household are at least 16 years and upwards. He would happily live with another well-behaved adult female dog.

Baxter is a 5 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Sadly after being hit by a car his owners opted to have him destroyed rather than pay to have his broken leg fixed. He owes his life to a kind-hearted nurse who managed to secure him 24 hours to find him a rescue placement. Baxter is now fully recovered and is trilled at finally being able to go for proper walks.

He is good with everyone he meets but due to a lack of socialisation and poor training he dislikes other dogs. For this reason he has to wear a muzzle and 100 foot trailing line on his daily off-lead walks in the park. He is well-behaved, toilet trained, can be left alone without problems and is responsive to commands.
Baxter is an active, fun-loving and playful dog. His great loves in life are playing with his toys, giving kisses, and going for long walks. This extremely affectionate boy bonds easily and is very loyal. He is looking for a new home with an experienced owner, preferably someone who has owned a dog-aggressive-dog before.
He would happily live with someone who works full-time providing they had put provisions in place to prevent him from being left alone for more than 5 hours at a stretch. A sweet-natured boy who has so much love to give.

Mylo is a 6 month old English Cocker Spaniel male who is looking for a new home because his owners decided they no longer wanted him. Mylo was regularly teased and abused by young children in his previous home, he is also a victim of harsh and aggressive training. As a result he has learnt to growl and snap to defend himself, which has progressed to snapping and growling to get his own way. He will need a confident experienced dog-owner to work on his behaviour in a consistent way. He needs an adult family with no children visiting.

Mylo is toilet-trained, responsive to training, travels well in the car and is friendly with strangers. A very playful boy who enjoys playing with his toys but also playing with other dogs. He would happily live with a well-behaved and confident adult dog. He is a very affectionate, sweet little chap who loves nothing more than sitting on your lap for cuddles and having his ears stroked.
He will cry and scratch at the door when first left alone but soon settles. He will need a minimum of 1 hour of off lead exercise in the park everyday and daily one to one training sessions, Someone who can deal with his temper tantrums and will be firm, consistent and kind in his training. In the right home this affectionate pup will blossom.

Basil is a 2 year old German Spitz (Klein) male who is looking for a new home because his owner found out she was pregnant. Sadly Basil never received the proper training and socialisation a young dog needs. Spoilt and treated like a baby he now lacks self-confidence and is nervous of strangers and other dogs to the point that he feels the need to growl and snap at those who try to approach him.

He will need a kind and confident experienced dog-owner to manage his behaviour in a consistent way. Although he will bark at visitors initially, he soon settles down. Basil is otherwise a very well-behaved dog. He is toilet-trained, knows the usual commands and can be left alone without problems. He is extremely affectionate towards people he knows. He loves sitting on laps and giving and receiving affection, he’s also a sucker for tummy rubs.
He is a very playful boy who will happily play with his soft teddies for hours on end. An adorable yet cheeky character, he can become protective of his owner, so he will need an all adult home without visiting children. Cane is a 3 year old Rottweiler male who is looking for a new home because his owner felt he had grown too big. He is a very friendly dog, he has a tendency to become over excited on first meetings and will try to hump people and other dogs, this behaviour has drastically improved since being neutered and is continuing to improve with training.

Due to his size and playful nature care is need around small children. He is toilet-trained, knows basic commands and is responsive to training. His new owners will need to continue teaching him manners, including attending training classes.
Cane is confident dog who doesn’t let anything bother or frighten him. He likes to sleep on sofas or armchairs and loves his dry food and favourite treat of pigs ears. He is an active and playful boy who will need approximately one to two hours of off-lead exercise every day. He loves playing ball and playing with any toys in general.
His new owners will be experienced with large breeds and any children in the household will need to be of at least teenage age. He would benefit from living with a well-behaved and confident female adult dog. Molly is an 11 month old Basset Hound female who is looking for a new home due to her previous owner’s ill health. She is friendly with everyone she meets, including children of all ages. She is toilet-trained, well-behaved, can be left alone for a few hours without problems and knows basic commands, though typical of her breed can be stubborn at times.

She loves her food and responds well for treats. Having learnt manners she now needs to learn how to walk nicely on her lead and is currently learning that puppy mouthing is no longer acceptable. Molly is very affectionate, craving company, and loves having her tummy stroked. She is also very inquisitive and into everything.
She will need at least one hour of off-lead exercise in the park every day, preferably somewhere where she can meet up and play with other dogs regularly. She is looking for a committed home with someone who has owned dogs before and has fully researched her breed.
