Ruby – 2 year old female Labrador cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Ruby is a beautiful dark chocolate brindle, 2-year- old, female Labrador / Staffie-cross. She is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and worm and flea treated. Her previous owner took her in as she was about to be turned loose on the motorway. Sadly a change in circumstances means she can no longer keep Ruby but she has thankfully handed Ruby to the safety of rescue to find a new home.

Ruby is looking for a secure home with a minimum of 6 feet high fencing as her favourite pastime is chasing cats and she will jump the fence to do so and has then been known to go for a wander. She cannot live with cats or small furries but, following suitable introductions, Ruby could live with another dog of similar size, preferably male. She will need more on-lead training, but is house and crate trained and can be left for 3 hours.

Ruby is a delightful, playful dog; an ideal family pet. Her only vice is a hatred of cats!! Ruby has lived with an 8 and 5 year old child and now is being fostered with three 16 yr olds.
