Star – 8 month old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross
Star is an 8 month old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross. Star is a lovely girl who acts quite silly because she has never had the right training she needed as a puppy. She would probably be better with an experienced owner of this breed who are prepared to give her all the training she need.
She is very friendly but also excitable and needs a family who are aware of her behaviour and who are able to work with her to make her calmer. If you are prepared for this work then she would make a lovely addition to your family as she has so much love to give to someone.

News – 3 1/2 year old male Collie Cross
News is a 3 1/2 year old male Collie Cross who’s owner is ill and can no longer look after him. News is a big softie who just can’t get enough love and cuddles! So as you can imagine he is very lonely here all by himself.
He is a very friendly and loving lad and would a wonderful addition to almost any family. There is nothing bad you can say about him at all and he deserves to find his new ‘forever’ home very soon where he can get all the love he craves.

Henry – 1 year old male Collie Cross
Henry is a 1 year old male Collie Cross. We are still assessing Henry but he seems like a lovely, happy and friendly lad who is desperate to find a new home as soon as possible.
He misses having a place to call home and family who adore him and shower him with love. He likes other dogs and should be fine with older children. He also happens to be very handsome as well and he’s keeping his paws crossed that he hears those special words ‘come on Henry you’re going home today’ very soon.

Finn – 8 month old male Lurcher Cross
Finn is a very handsome and extremely friendly 8 month old Lurcher Cross boy who has boundless energy. He always wants to be on the go and will need an active family who can keep up with him. He can’t get enough of running around and having fun.
He should be fine with most children but, as yet, we don’t know how he is with other dogs. He is a real cutie-pie who would make a fantastic addition to a family who have lots of love to give and enjoy getting lots of exercise.
Beauty – 4 year old female Lurcher
Beauty is a lovely 4 year old Lurcher girl who can get a bit giddy and silly. She has probably not had much training and guidance in her life and just needs a family who are prepared to show her how she should behave.
She is full of energy and will need an active family so she gets lots of exercise, this will hopefully also help her calm down once she is getting all the walks and playtimes that she craves. She is a really sweet lass who with the right family would make a fantastic addition to their home.

Cora – 2 year old female Aylestone Bulldog
Cora is a lovely, friendly 2 year old Aylestone Bulldog girl who is full of fun and life. She arrived in rescue due to her previous owners having a baby and too much on their hands. Her favourite thing to do in the whole world is to play football and would play all day if you had the time.
She is never happier than when she’s chasing around after her ball! She is better around slightly older children as she is very strong. She misses being part of a loving family and having a special place to sleep and is hoping that someone falls in love with her soon.

Taome – 8 year old female Labrador Cross
Taome is a fantastic and friendly 8 year old female Labrador Cross who just can’t get enough cuddles and love. She is good with kids, cats and other dogs and there is really nothing bad you can say about her at all.
She is a real sweetheart who deserves to be happy again soon in a family who will love and care for her forever.

Emerald is a wonderful 7 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross. She is a real sweetheart who can never have enough kisses and hugs. She likes to give kisses and receive them as often as possible. She is a very happy and calm lass who appears and acts older than her actual age because she has had such a tough time lately.
She is fine with other dogs and loves everyone she meets. We feel she will be fine with most children but we do think she would prefer it in a quieter home with older children only as she now just wants a nice, relaxed life. She is really lovely and deserves to finds her new ‘forever’ home soon where she can start to enjoy herself again and be part of a family who will adore her.

Bracken is a wonderful 15 year old male Collie Cross who is looking for a new or foster home as soon as possible. His owner sadly died and there was nobody to look after poor little Bracken. He is deaf and partially sighted. We would love to find him a home so he can get away from the winter months, as he has arthritis.
Bracken is looking for a nice quiet place to spend his retirement in with a family who will love and care for him for the rest of his life. He is an absolutely adorable lad who is very friendly and loves being around people and getting lots of cuddles and company. He is used to being with someone most of the time and can get a little upset if he is left on his own for too long. He is fine with children, other dogs and cats, in fact he likes almost everything and everyone.
The thing he doesn’t like is being here all on his own. He feels unloved and unwanted and just wants to go home. Can you give Bracken a happy and loving retirement where he can have all the love, company and cuddles that he really needs?

Samantha is a 4 year old Terrier Cross who is a really lovely lass who loves to get lots of cuddles and attention. She is full of energy and will need a very active family to keep up with her as she can get bored if she isn’t given enough exercise. She must also have a very secure garden to play in as she is a bit of an escape artist and will try and get out to find something interesting to do! It is also very important that she is the only pet in the home as she really doesn’t get along with any other animals. She is great with children and will enjoy having lots of playtimes with them which will help her burn off some of her energy as well. She is a little sweetie who, in the right home, will make a fantastic addition to a family with lots of love to give her.
