Talitha – 13 week old female German Shepherd Dog Cross
This is Talitha and he is a 13 week old female German Shepherd Cross. She is looking for someone without very young children and a home where someone is around for most of the day. She came in very confused and scared and with time and a permanent home she will be fine. She will need puppy classes and more socialisation. She has played well with my two dogs, a similarly aged Labrador and a Lurcher. She is also living in a home with cats and isn’t interested in them.
Talitha is very food orientated and this will help with her training, but it also means she needs to be watched around other animals at feeding times. She is partly housetrained and does ask to go out.If you are prepared to put in the time and effort with her you will have a wonderful little girl, she needs stability, something that has been sadly lacking from her life so far. The new owners will be asked to agree to neutering before they can take this puppy as she is too young to be done yet. She has had her first injection.

Sacha is a 12 year old female Whippet who is looking for her forever home. Ok, hands up who wants a fabulous furry hot water bottle?! Just slip this Whippety warmer in your bed and you’ll be toasty all night!
Sacha came into rescue with her son Danny, who has since found a new home and had left his mother looking for a home on her own now. They have come into our care after a family bereavement.
Sacha is a very spritely girl for her age, she is happy pottering around. She does not like the cold though. She is very very affectionate and is housetrained. She can’t live with small furries or cats, she is fine with children though.
She has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

This lovable boy is Harvey, he is a 2 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier. He is a strong, stocky boy who loves running, playing ball and having a fuss made of him.
He loves attention and is so friendly. He has lived with children, two cats, a spayed female Patterdale terrier and horses. Harvey has been neutered, wormed and vaccinated. He will need quite an active, strong person. He would benefit from some further training, but does do recall and also sit.
He really is a stunning, soft natured boy.

Jazz is an 18 month old Bedlington cross Whippet type Lurcher. He stands at 21″ to the shoulder, he is vaccinated, deflead, wormed and neutered. He is housetrained.
Jazz came into our care after his owner moved into rented accommodation, she was also working long hours.
He has lived with children and cats. He was no problem with my six cats although he was quite interested when they started playing and would chase if they were running. He was no problem in the house with them. He would probably be best with a confident cat.
He loves to play with other dogs and happily played with my Labrador puppy. He was ok with strange dogs that we met while out walking. Jazz lived with children in his old home, and he is quite happy to be put to bed and given a pillow to rest his head on by his fosterers 3 year old granddaughter!
We think Jazz would be best going to a home where someone is in most of the time, as he does get a bit stressed when he is left for too long. He really is a loveable boy and someone will be lucky to get him.

Tasmin is a lovely 10 month old dark brindle Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She loves going for walks and playing with the other dogs that she is fostered with. Tasmin also likes snoring and snuggling up on the sofa! Tasmin has lived with children and absolutely adores the 11 year old boy in her foster home, he gets plenty of kisses from this sweet girl.
She will need some basic training as she pulls a bit – we use a harness, but she is good at recall. She is fine to be left for short periods of time and also travels well in the car. We don’t know what she would be like with cats so she is probably best in a home without them. She is housetrained, wormed, deflead and vaccinated.

Jack is a Border Collie boy aged approximately 5 years old who has been with us for about 18 months now and would dearly love a home. He is house-trained and a wonderful dog to have in the house, as he is very affectionate.
Jack however is not reliable with other dogs and must go to someone with knowledge of how to handle him but would be fine to live with cats. He has no agression towards people at all. A country home would be ideal for him.
