Joy – 1 year old female Terrier Cross
Joy is a a lovely Terrier cross girl aged approximately 1 year old. Joy came to us after her 7 days were up having being found as a stray, therefore we have no history or background on her.
Joy is . . . full of joy! Joy is rather exuberant, so we will be looking for a very active and experienced home to give Joy the start that she deserves.
After a short training session just 5 days after Joy arriving with us we find that she is rather talented, even narrowly missing out from appearing on national TV, unfortunately Joy was not chosen on this occasion, but she continues to enjoy learning new things, going over A frames, jumps and she has an excellent retrieve and recall!
Joy, although she does go out with other dogs, she would not be suitable to live with other dogs as she is on the go the whole time and demands your attention at all times, and we don’t think this would fair on your other dogs!
Joy is now health checked, fully vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and been treated against fleas.

Jack Dee is an English Springer Spaniel cross Jack Russell Terrier male, JD to his friends, JD was found as a stray, we therefore have no background or history on him.
He is a lively, friendly boy who is very enthusiastic. JD is wonderful character who takes his own bed in and out every morning night (I will remember the camera one of these days!), although small in size he has big personality! He loves to be with people and would thrive in a home where he can exercise his mind as well as body. He is dominant around other dogs, so would be best suited to a home on his own or perhaps with a female.
JD has been health checked, vaccinated, wormed, microchipped and treated against fleas.

Suki is a Husky cross Alaskan Malamute female of about 1 year old. Suki is a beautiful, affectionate girl we took in after she had been handed in as unwanted. Suki loves to be around people and is very willing to please and with plenty of energy she will be great fun getting to know!
Suki loves to be with people and is always very pleased to see you! She is a responsive girl who loves to please and exercises with Merlin, Lady, Stella, Star and Floyd.
She is a loving girl who will need an active home that can give her the time and attention she so deserves, she has been ok around our 2 year old, but would be best suited to an adult home as she can be boisterous! Suki has been health checked, vaccinated, microchipped and treated against fleas.
Merlin – 1 year old male Labrador Retriever
Merlin is a black Labrador Retriever of about 1 year old. He came to us through no fault of his after finding himself unwanted.
He is a very lively boy with plenty of energy. He is a true ‘working’ Lab who I’m sure will keep us on our toes during his stay here, whilst we try to discover some of his natural talents!
Merlin will be needing a home that will keep his mind as well as his body occupied, he can be bossy with other dogs and is rather boisterous, so will need to go to an adult only home.
We take out a group of dogs so that they can have time to interact, run and burn off some energy so we take out Merlin with Suki, Stella, Lady and Star, they all get on well and have great fun.
Merlin could possibly be fine to live with a female dog (subject to all introductions being made up here before hand) or as an only dog so that the time and attention that Merlin needs can spent with him. He will need an active home willing to exercise his mind as well as his body.
Merlin has been health checked, vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, wormed and treated against fleas.

Stella is a 10 month old cross-breed (possibly Mountain dog cross) female, Stella was found as a stray and came to us after her 7 days were up. She is a loving, lively young girl who will be lots of fun getting to know! Appearing to always be on the go, she has loads of energy to burn and being such a young dog will give her new family plenty of opportunity to mould her into the fun, friendly all round pet that she could be. She has great fun with other dogs and seems to mix well. As far as we can see she hasn’t had much in basic training. Stella is a beautiful loving dog that would be great in an active home where she could have the training and time spent with her that she craves and deserves.
Stella has been health checked, micro-chipped, vaccinated, wormed and treated against fleas.

Lady is a 4-5 year old English Bull Mastiff female who came to us after her 7 days were up having been handed in as a stray. She is a loving, gentle girl who will be a pleasure to get to know, always pleased to see you she meets everyone with a wagging tail! She has obviously had puppies and been dumped, thankfully this special lady has now been given a second chance.
Lady has continued to serve her name well, she is happy to go at her own pace, mixes well with other dogs although she does her own thing leaving the ‘youngsters’ to do their thing, she is happy to come when you call, has continued to be gentle and affectionate and will make a wonderful companion for country walks and nights in by the fire. She loves a fuss and really deserves her chance of a loving, permanent new home, can you give Lady the home she deserves?

Please meet Jake a laid back Labrador cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier boy of about 6 years old looking for a new home through no fault of his own and are being constantly over-looked! He is always happy to see you and are eager to please and know basic commands.

George is an older male German Shepherd. He came to us on Christmas Eve bless him. He is an older chap and has been checked over by the vet who tells us he is fine and its because of his age that he does have a few aches and pains. He is young in spirit, very friendly and would appreciate a home for his remaining days.

My nickname is Winee, I am a young female Deerhound cross. I am a real sweetheart, I am calm and loving towards people and other dogs. I would suit almost any home but because of my size I have been discarded so far. Can anyone help me find the loving home a girl like me deserves.

I am a lively friendly boy who is outgoing, so I would be best suited to a home with an active family.
