Ty – 6 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Ty is a lovely 6 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Ty’s owner could no longer care for her and her son Bryn so they were brought to Cheltenham Animal Shelter. Bryn has since been rehomed but Ty is still waiting months on. She is a friendly and affectionate girl who can be handled without any problems. Ty is well behaved in the home, travels well and her recall is good. She will make a great companion – hopefully someone out there has got room for this great girl.

Ty is neutered, microchipped and her vaccinations are up to date. She has also been wormed and flea treated and comes with 4 weeks free insurance.

Buffy – 1 year old female Spaniel Cross

Buffy is a gorgeous 1 year old female Spaniel Cross who arrived at the Cheltenham Animal Shelter as a stray and was never claimed so we know nothing about her past. Buffy needs an experienced owner with the time and patience to provide her with the training she needs. She can be nervous when faced with other dogs and she needs help to overcome this. Buffy definitely needs an active home where she can exercise both mind and body. She is a beautiful girl and we are sure she will flourish in the right home.

Buffy has been neutered, microchipped and her vaccinations are up to date. She has also been wormed and flea treated and comes with 4 weeks free insurance.

Beachie – 9 month old male Rottweiler

Beachie is a 9 month old male Rottweiler who is a young, energetic boy who loves to play with his toys and who arrived at Cheltenham Animal Shelter several months ago. He needs to go to a home where children are older as he is big and strong! He is still a puppy so will need some training in his new home. However, he is an intelligent boy who already shows a lot of promise sitting and giving his paw for treats. We think he will make a great pet.

Beachie has been neutered, microchipped and his vaccinations are up to date. He has also been wormed and flea treated and comes with 4 weeks free insurance.

Zena – 4 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross

Zena is a 4 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross girl who was found alone and wandering before arriving at Cheltenham Animal Shelter so we know nothing about her past. She is a wonderful, very friendly girl who has been a little nervous in kennels, but when she’s out and about she can be excitable (probably from relief) and she loves to play with toys and interact with you.  Zena would suit an active person/family who have time to invest in her training.

Cocoa is a 7 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross girl who was found straying and was brought to Cheltenham Animal Shelter by the Dog Warden back in February – she is now one of our longest stay residents. Cocoa loves going for walks in our paddock and is very well behaved on the lead. As she was stray, children in Cocoa’s new home need to be 10 years +. She is not overly keen on dogs and cannot live with any.

Patch – 2-3 year old male Collie Cross

My name is Patch, I’m a 2-3 year old beautiful and very happy Collie Cross – I came to Cheltenham Animal Shelter over 4 months ago as a stray. Kennel life is pretty boring for someone as clever as me and it means I am quite excitable when people walk by. I am a fairly vocal dog and I am full of energy, so I am looking for an active home with older children and someone who is willing to take me for lots of walks.

I am relatively strong and boisterous when I first come out of my kennel but I am eager to please so I will respond well to training and I love toys! Although I am good to walk with other dogs, I would prefer to live in a home with no other dogs, so I can have all the cuddles to myself!
