Jibben – 18 month old male Lurcher
Jibben is a 18 month old male Lurcher. He is a nice, friendly chap. He came to us with no history. Good on the lead. Seems ok with other dogs. Likes a fuss.
Piper – 12-18 month old male Lurcher
Piper is a tan 12-18 month old male Lurcher. Piper is a lovely lurcher who likes a cuddle! He loves fuss and attention and even enjoys being brushed. He’s lived with children with no problems. He’s a pretty relaxed boy and walks very nicely on the lead. He travels ok in the car and is fine left short periods in the house. He gets on ok with other dogs. He has strated some clicker training. Piper loves his creature comforts! Piper has been returned to us as he can not live with cats or small furries (so a rabbit/cat/guinea pig etc free home is essential).
Molly and Alfie – 4 year old male and female Labrador Retrievers
Molly and Alfie are two lovely Labrador Retrievers (one yellow, one chocolate). Both 4 years old, they are brother and sister and have always been together. We are looking for someone to give them a new home together. They are a lovely pair of dogs who are here through no fault of their own, only a change of circumstances in their old home. They’re ok to be left home alone for short periods. They both travel ok in the car. They have previously lived with children with no problems at all. They will need a cat free home though. They have been with us since May and no one has even asked about them, despite the fact that they are very friendly and say hello everyone who goes anywhere near their kennel! It would be fantastic to find this lovely pair a new home where they can start a new life.
Tye – 14 month old male Lurcher
Tye is a 14 month old male Lurcher. Tye can be nervous of men at first (he may duck away) but quickly learns to trust you. He’s mostly a gentle chap, but when he’s off the lead and/or gets really excited he may mouth you and would knock small children over. He is good on and off the lead. he will however mug strangers for treats if you don’t take any for him with you! He’s good with other dogs and he is housetrained. He’s good in the car and is fine to be left short periods. Tye needs a home with no young children. He’s a really nice dog who loves a fuss.
Terry – 8 year old male Terrier Cross
Terry is a 8 year old male Terrier Cross. He is a lovely little dog. He seems fine with other dogs and loves to go for a walk. We have no history for Terry.
Elmo – 1 year old male Lurcher
Elmo is a 1 year old male Lurcher. We have no history on Elmo, but he seems a friendly chap. He will lean on you to make sure you give him enough fuss!
Egwin – 9 year old male Border Collie
Egwin is a fab 9 year old male Border Collie. A lovely, gentle, old soul. Please consider giving Egwin a new home…we have no history on him, but since he’s been here he’s been no trouble at all. He is good on the lead, good with other dogs and loves people. A lovely gentleman who deserves a new start.
Olwen – 8 year old female Boxer
Olwen is an 8 year old female Boxer. We don’t know why Olwen is here, but she is looking for a retirement home. We don’t know how old she is but she has gone grey! The vets have checked her over and can’t find anything wrong with her, but she is a bit hard of hearing. She seems ok with other dogs and with our office cat!
Snoopy – 4 year old male Cross-Breed
Snoopy is a 4 year old male Cross-Breed. Snoopy’s owner was very ill and unable to keep him. He’s ok with other dogs, but not cats. He’s housetrained, good in the car and can be left short periods. He’s not lived with children before but has been fine with visiting ones.
Spritz – 6 year old male Collie Cross
Spritz is a lovely 6 year old male Collie Cross. Spritz needs a new home through no fault of his own. A really nice, dog who’d make a great pet.
