Magic – 3-4 year old female Greyhound
Magic is a cheeky little black ex-racing Greyhound who loves her cuddles. We are not sure of her exact date of birth is but she is probably around 3-4 years old. She loves being around people and can get very excited when it’s walkies time. After she sets off on her walk though she soon settles down and walks right beside you.
She has lost some of her tail at some point and we are not sure how, but this just makes Magic even more adorable. Her favourite time of day is when its time to go running in the paddock. She runs round and round in circles super fast and then comes over for lots of cuddles and to see if she did well. She has the most cheeky looking face and your heart just melts when she is trying to please you. Magic has not been tested with small dogs or cats yet so we are not sure how high her prey drive is. She gets on great with all the other dogs in the kennel and will certainly make someone a very happy Greyhound owner. Could that person be you?

Rocky is a 3 year old big white and fawn Greyhound boy with a beautifully thick soft coat. He came to us after a successful career on the race track and is a very fast, strong boy. He has his ears tattooed and ran under the name Shoot the Crow. He loves his romps around the paddock and can often be seen running round and round in circles with his huge tongue flopping out the side of this mouth.
He is a wonder to watch. He is a very strong boy and does pull on the lead – he can frequently be seen taking people for a walk rather than the other way round – and he always has to be at the front and not behind other dogs. Once he gets there he is as good as gold on the lead. Because of this Rocky would need to be owned by a strong person willing to put the time in to train him to be good on the lead. Rocky is fully vaccinated, deflead and de-wormed. He will need to be homed with older children and homes with no cats or small dogs. Rocky has the most wonderful personality and will make his owners very happy. Can you offer this amazing Greyhound the home he most certainly deserves?
Hugo – 3 year old male Greyhound
Hugo is a beautiful black 3 year old Greyhound boy. He is an ex-racer who ran under the name Bellpac Hugo and has his ears tattooed. He is just the sweetest of our Greyhounds and loves being around people. He is very good on the lead and is just so happy being by your side.
He has one toe missing on his left foot and had a small fracture recently on his left foot but Hugo is recovering very well and can now run about quite happily although will still need to take it easy on longer walks over harder ground. He gets on wonderfully with his kennel mate Bluebell and loves being around other Greyhounds as well as people. He is also very clean in his kennel. He can be homed with older children and with larger dogs. Hugo has not been tested with cats so we are not too sure how high his prey drive is. Hugo is going to make one family a wonderful pet. If you could offer this amazing boy a loving home we would love to hear from you.
Holly – 3 year old female Greyhound
Holly is a beautiful 3 year old fawn Greyhound girl who is an absolute favourite with us here at the rescue home. She is an ex-racer who has her ears tattooed and ran under the name Holly. Holly is definitely a people dog who is happiest when walking beside you and getting lots of cuddles. She just never leaves your side.
She will bark if she is left all on her own which is quite unusual for Greyhounds. She has lived with other Greyhounds in the kennels and gets on great with them. She certainly likes company rather than being on her own. She loves her runs in the paddock and can be quite strong on the lead so she would suit a strong owner who can spend time teaching her not to pull. Holly is fully vaccinated, de-wormed and deflead, and will be fine with older children but not very young children and she cannot be re-homed with small dogs or cats. We will be sad to see Holly go as she really is our resident character but she deserves a loving home and family. Could that person be you?
Dingo – 3 year old male Greyhound
Dingo is a big beautiful big fawn Greyhound boy who is only 3 years old. He is an ex-racer who has his ear tattooed and ran under the name Bellpac Assasain. He loves going on his little walks and can be quite strong on the lead to start with, but he soon calms down and has a great walk with you.
He has the most amazing big floppy ears, as you can see, one is always stuck up and the other always flopped to the side. He has a lovely temperament and is just happy to plod along beside you and go wherever you go. He is quite protective especially if another Greyhound keeps jumping up at you. He shouts at them to stop it – which they usually do. Dingo will need to be homed with older children and larger dogs. He is fully vaccinated, wormed and de-flead and is going to make someone a very happy owner. Can you offer this amazing boy a forever home?

Bluebell is a beautiful blue Greyhound girl who is 4 years old. She is an ex-racer who has her ears tattooed and ran under the name of Central Bluebell. She has the most wonderful temperament and is only too happy to please you any way she can.
She is clean in her kennel and is good on her lead when going out for her beloved walkies. She loves nothing more than going for a run in the paddock to stretch her long legs, where you can watch her big long tail with its white tip bouncing around as she runs. She then comes over for her cuddles when she is tired. She is fully vaccinated, de-wormed and deflead.
We are not sure how Bluebell will react with cats or small dogs yet but she gets on great with other greyhounds and certainly likes the easy life. If you are looking for a beautiful low maintenance dog who will love you forever Bluebell is definitely the one for you.

Starsky is a very handsome 3 year old Greyhound. Having raced on the racetrack he found his way into our rescue home but does not like kennel life at all. He has his ears tattooed and ran under the name Shinguan Teddy. He is an amazing dog with lots of love to give and he absolutely loves being around people.
He needs lots of cuddles and would be in heaven if he could sit beside you all day and never leave your side. He is a big strong boy who gets very excited when he knows he is going for his walkies and can be quite strong on the lead, but he soon quietens down and walks beautifully.
As he has come from the race track he has a very strong prey drive and would not be suitable for homes with cats or small dogs. He has shared his kennel with other girl Greyhounds and is happy. He would be fine to be left alone with another greyhound but would be sad and lonely if he was on his own all day and will cry. Could you give Starsky the loving home that he so desperately craves?
