Kane
Kane is a 4 year old black ex-racing Greyhound male. Kane says, “My new home must have no other small animals including cats, although I do get along with my fellow Greyhounds at the kennels. My racing days are behind me now and I am looking for a nice sofa to relax on.”
Shane
Shane is a fawn ex-racing Greyhound male aged 5 1/2 years old. Shane says: “I have just come into the rescue after just finishing racing. I am quite a gentle boy who just wants a quiet life. I love meeting new people and I do enjoy my daily walks. Greyhounds are great but I do need to be tested with other breeds.”
Rocki
Rocki is a 3 1/2 year old black ex-racing Greyhound female who is looking for a loving, new home to call her own.
Uni
Meet Uni, she is a white and black ex-racing Greyhound female aged 3 1/2 years old who is looking for a second chance and new home.
Poppy
Poppy is a 4 1/2 year old black ex-racing Greyhound female. Poppy says: “I am a quiet laid back girl who needs a new start in life. I have enough confidence to settle into a home quickly. Children are no problem as long as they let me get my sleep, preferably on a sofa.”
Kanga
Kanga is a fawn male ex-racing Greyound aged 8 years old, he’s cat friendly and describes himself:”Well what a turn round…I came into the rescue as a right rebel but with the help of Steve and Vicky, I have turned into a soft cat friendly lump who loves being stroked (don’t know if that is a good thing)”
He is looking for a new home where there is someone in quite a bit of the day. He is also a Blood Donor Life Saver.

Ruby is a black and white female Greyhound aged approximately 14 months old. Being a young puppy she is quite energetic. Here she is describing her ideal home:
“My ideal home would be somewhere that has a human companions around for most of the day. My favourite food at the moment is custard creams and if I am good, I get more than my companions.”

Meet Tasha, a 2 year old black female ex-racing Greyhound. Here’s what she has to say for herself: “At the moment I have just gone into a foster home where my companions are a old Lurcher and a hairy old cross-breed (they are very nice)”.
“I am very nosey and like to be hanging around in the distance to see what is happening, although when my human friend hands out any biscuits, I am always in front of everyone else.”

Lexi is a 4 year old black ex-racing Greyhound female she is a quiet sort of a girl. Lexi says “People say I am a
gentle girl with a friendly nature, but I have a little cheeky spot. I always enjoy my walks with my fellow companions and at the moment I am kennelled with a male Greyhound.”
She would be ideally suited to a new home with one or two other canine companions present.

Tara is a black female Greyhound aged 18 months old. Once she has gained your confidence, she can be playful and out going and just to get your attention, she is a little vocal. She is still a young girl and willing to learn!
