Rhoobarb - 2 year old male Cross-Breed
Rhoobarb is a 2 year old male tan cross-breed, he is a real character, he loves nothing more than to play and can be quite excitable. He is very friendly and good with other dogs. He will need a home who will continue with his training as he can be quite active he will need an active family.
Clarence and Eden - 6 year old male and 4 year old female Labrador Retrievers
Clarence is a black Labrador cross, he is 6 year old and loves playing and going on walks. He loves his toys. Eden is 4 years old female golden Labrador, she is bouncy and playful and loves to go on walks. They came in together as strays and love each other very much so would really like to be rehomed together.
Rubin
Rubin, he is a handsome 2 year old Mastiff cross who has been with us for months now and is desperate to find a new loving family he can call his own.
Rubin is a strapping lad who needs an owner willing to put effort into furthering his training and socialisation. Rubin has had a really rough time of late including a major operation on his back leg which has required months of painstaking rehabilitation; despite all this he has such a sunny personality and just wants to be around people.
Rubin needs a home as the only pet and with older children as he can play rough! If you think you are experienced enough and would like to meet Rubin then please don’t hesitate to ask at reception about him, you won’t be disappointed!

Berti is a handsome 4 year old medium sized cross-breed who has been searching for a new home for nearly a year now. He is a firm favourite amongst the staff and volunteers and none of us can believe that Berti is still struggling to find his new forever family.
Berti has had a really rough time, before coming to Animal Aid he was kept in a dingy kennel with his food thrown at him over the top, he had no human contact or any stimulation; due to this Berti’s new home must be without children and as the only pet.
On arrival to the centre Berti was half the weight he is now and very untrusting of people. After a lot of time and effort Berti has made great progress and is more than ready to get out of kennels and into a loving home. Berti is going to need an experienced new owner who is willing to put effort into working with Berti to overcome his uncertainties. Berti has so much potential he’s just waiting for someone willing to put the time in to get to know him.

Jerome is a 2 - 3 year old medium cross-breed who has been at the centre for months now and is desperate to find a new family. He is a cracking lad who is full of life and loves fuss.
He needs a new home with someone who is going to be in for most of the day to give him the attention he loves. Jerome also needs to be the only pet in the household but can live with children 12 years plus.
Jerome is a young dog with such potential which is being wasted in kennels, if you think you can offer Jerome his second chance then don’t hesitate to contact the centre.

Kato is a 2 year male Japanese Akita who was transferred to our centre from a pound where he was due to be euthanized as his seven day stay had come to an end. Kato is a fantastic lad with bags of potential and his basic training is very good.
Kato needs a home with experienced dog owners; he is suitable to live with teenage children but would need to be the only pet in the household. Kato is a charming dog in need of a second chance if you think you can offer him his new forever home then don’t hesitate to contact the centre.

Ricky is an amazing Collie cross male aged approximately 8 years old who has been in our care for such along time now. We are desperate to get him out of kennels and back into the loving home environment he deserves.
Ricky had previously been rehomed to a family where he settled brilliantly but they were burgled with Ricky alone in the house, the experience left him completely traumatized and untrusting. It’s not clear what happen to Ricky when the burglary took place but he became incredibly nervous and unsettled and was eventually returned to us.
Since then Ricky has had no serious interest and has been sat waiting in kennels for a new family for so long now. Unsurprisingly Ricky can be untrusting with new people but does bond quickly, due to his past Ricky is unsuitable to be around children and he would be best as the only pet in the household.
Ricky has had such a terrible life he really needs to find a new permanent family to call his own. If you think you could offer Ricky the home he truly deserves then come and get to know him!
