Missy – 4 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross

Missy is a 4 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross who has been in rescue since July 2011. Missy is a loving, playful dog who is very well trained and a joy to have in the kennels and office. She would prefer to be an only pet. Could you see past the undeserved reputation of her breed and give her the home she so desperately needs?

Jack – 5 year old male Jack Russell Terrier

Jack is a 5 year old Jack Russell who has been with us since August 2011. Jack has an allergy which seems to be triggered by grass pollen. He had very sore skin on arrival, but we have treated him with medication and his skin is looking so much better. He would prefer to be an only pet and live somewhere without a grass lawn. Could you see past his raggedy appearance and give Jack a lovely home?

Marley – 2 year old male Lurcher

Marley is a 2 year old Lurcher. He is a very striking looking dog and he is calm and steady. He knows some of his basic training commands and he loves to snuggle into his nice, warm bed. He enjoys attention and cuddles and is a quiet boy. He can be a little cautious when first meeting new people and is a gentle boy.

He has been mixed with some of the other dogs and he loves to race around in our paddocks so he may benefit from living with a compatible dog. He could live with children aged 12 years plus and would need a secure garden and regular daily walks. Marley would be a perfect house dog, probably spending most of the day snoozing in his bed.

Bubba – 5 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Bubba is a 5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier. He is an adorable boy who is currently in a foster home until a permanent home can be found. He is a very loving and affectionate boy who loves to lie with his head on his foster mum’s knee. He was homed but returned after a domestic split and the poor boy would have been too upset to be put back into a kennel. He is well behaved and house trained and walks nicely on the lead. He loves to play with toys but his favorite thing is to spend time with his family.

Bubba is looking for a home where someone can spend plenty of time with him and he would need to be an only pet as he doesn’t like other dogs. He could live with children over the age of 12 years. He is currently overweight but is on a diet and has lost a few pounds!

Tiva – 1 year old female Terrier Cross

Tiva is a 1 year old small Terrier cross. She is a very sweet natured girl. A little shy at times but once she knows you she’s very friendly and happy. She would benefit from training as it would appear her previous owner(s) did not teach her anything. She is a playful girl who loves soft toys (normally to chew) and she will happily amuse herself.

It may be that little Tiva has not been treated with kindness and respect as she can be very submissive. She is looking for a new home where she can grow in confidence and with a family that have the time and patience to help learn her new commands. She would love a garden to play in and regular walks and most of all time with her new family. She could live with children aged 12 years plus and possibly a compatible dog.
