Roo – 9 year old male Boxer

Roo is an 9 year old Boxer boy who was rehomed through Boxer Rescue Liverpool in Oct 2010, sadly due to longer working hours and a baby on the way Roo is now looking for a new home again. Roo is a very loving and affectionate dog. He is very much a family dog. He loves to go for long walks/runs. He is very young at heart and still has lots of energy for 9 years old.

He is good in the house and doesnt chew when left but may have the odd toilet accident if left too long. He has limited experience with other dogs outside of the house as when he was a pup nobody wanted to play with him because he was too boisterous for them, but has lived with other dogs in the home with no problems. He is good with kids too, but no cats.

He is playfull and lively with other dogs he meets on walks, although hasnt lived with another, he should be ok with a female dog. Bob is good with routine, he has been taught to keep off furniture with the word ‘down’, he loves rides in the car and going to the beach and will even drink from a water bottle, he doesnt like the garden hose but enjoys a bath!

Bob will chase cats and has not lived with them. He is not destructive around the house when left (but has been known to eat his bed when bored) and he is crate trained. Bob is fully vaccinated and chipped.

Bailey – 9 month old female Boxer Cross

Bailey is a 9 month old female Boxer cross puppy (not sure what shes crossed with, possibly ridgeback) she is looking for a new home as she wasnt getting along with the other dog in the home. Bailey is a lively puppy who is still very young and needs some training and alot of time dedicated to her. She is good with people of all ages including children, but is a very bouncy playful pup.

Bailey would ideally need to be the only pet in the house, she prefares to be the centre of attention and can get quite jealous over other dogs, she was recently adopted by her foster mum but due to issues with her and the resident dog increasing the more she got settled we have decided its for the best that Bailey is found a new home where she is the only dog in the house.

Bailey is vaccinated, neutered and chipped. She is being fostered in Crewe.

Ollie – 7-9 year old male Boxer

Meet Ollie, he is an older Boxer boy, aged approximately 7-9 years old. He came to us as he was in the pound and was due to be put to sleep so even though we are still closed we couldn’t turn this desperate boy away.

He is going to need some medical treatment to remove some lumps. He is a very loving friendly boy with everyone he meets! He would need to be the only pet in the home as he doesnt like other dogs.

We do not know how ollie is with cats or small animals as we have no history on him. Ollie is currently in kennels in Ormskirk.

Saffy – 22 month old female Boxer

Saffy is a 22 month old boxer girl who is looking for a new home as she was proving to be too much of a handfull. Saffy needs a home with no young children or cats, but is good with other dogs. Saffy is a typical young boxer girl, she is full of fun and is always on the go. She does require some training, she has alot of pent up energy as she was crated alot and hasnt had any discipline by the looks of it, she is still very puppy like in her ways, with mouth and chew your hands (in an over playfull way) and will jump up to kiss your face, because of this sadie is not suitable to go with children as she has never lived with them. Saffy responds well to positive reinforcement and is willing to please, she loves her treats and toys so is very willing to learn! She will need a dedicated boxer experienced home who understands the breed as she is a typical boxer pup in every way! Saffy is neutered vaccinated and chipped, she has also been treated for worms and flea’s.
