Lenny – 3 year old male Boxer

Lenny is a 3 year old red Boxer boy. He is looking for a new home due to a marriage split. Lenny is okay withother dogs but will become over excited at times when meeting other dogs in and out of the house, although he has lived with another dog (Kane, also featured on DogsBlog.com). He is fine with kids, he s fed twice a day and he loves his walks. He is a loving dog that would be a great addition to a family home.

lenny does have some allergies so is on a dairy and wheat free diet, this seems to help along with steroids if it does go bad (sometimes certain rugs/blankets can affect it). Lenny is vaccinated and chipped and will be neutered

Kane – 7 year old male Boxer

Kane is a 7 year old red Boxer boy. He is looking for a new home due to a marriage split. Kane was rescued by his owners when he was approximately 18 months old and found that he didn’t like gloves, rolled up newspapers or being locked in rooms, they found he could open doors and tried his best to get out whenever they were shut. Kane is ok with other dogs but will become over excited at times when meeting other dogs in and out of the house, although he has lived with another dog (Lenny, also featured on DogsBlog.com). He is fine with kids, he’s fed twice a day and he loves his walks. He is a loving dog that would be a great addition to a family home. Kane is neutered vaccinated and chipped.

Pancho – 3 year old male Boxer

Pancho is a 3 year old male Boxer who is looking for a new home as his owners new landlord doesnt allow pets.
Pancho is a very lively Boxer boy, typical of the breed and could do with some training, he is very excitable and will jump up at everyone he meets, he is also very full on with other dogs.

Despite this he is a loving dog and is great with children (although will knock small kids over). He loves cuddles and his walks and is not too bad at having a shower, though the bathroom is a bombsite afterwards.

Ruby – 6 year old female Boxer

This is Ruby and he is a 6 year old female Boxer. She is in need of a new home due significant change in circumstances including a marital seperation and the death of her copanion boxer dog which was company to Ruby. Since these changes she is left alone more and during the day is barking and becoming anxious. Which is also resulting in complaints from neighbours. Ruby would benefit from living with another dog for company.

Ruby is obedient, good with other dogs and very good with children (she has grown up with children). She is very good with adults gentle fussy soft nature and fully house trained but unfortunately cannot live with cats.

She enjoys playing and also makes a great companion for relaxing evenings at home. Ruby would make an excellent addition to any family home, but does need the comfort and security of regular contact be that with people or other dogs. Ruby has arthritis in her rear right leg else is in perfect health. There are no other negatives regarding Ruby that we are aware of.

Ruby is fully vaccinated, spayed and microchipped

Red – 4 year old male Boxer

This is Red and he is a 4 year old male Boxer, who is sadly re-available as he is suffering from seperation anxiety and his new owner can no longer cope. He is vaccinated, neutered and chipped, he needs a home with someone who is around all day, he cannot be left alone in the house as he becomes very stressed and can be destructive. He has lived with other dogs before and didnt show any of these problems whilst he was in foster (apart from the odd wee in the house) so he may well benefit from having another dog about. He is good with people but very very bouncy. He needs a firm hand and lot of training. Red has seen a trainer who has been working on his problems, which do seem to have improved.

He is a lovable dog and just needs someone who will give him time to settle in properly and work with him on this problem, bare in mind this may take some times as separation anxiety is something that cannot be cured within a matter of weeks and needs alot of patience. Red has been passed about alot and now needs a forever home who will dedicate time to him and help him overcome his fear of being left alone. So his next home must be a forever home.

Casey is very placid but a typical Boxer who is excited when she sees people and whenever thinks she is going out. She loves running off the lead and playing with balls.

She is excellent with dogs, people and children, she has never shown any aggression and will be the perfect family dog but needs a family with lots of time to devote to her. She needs at least 2 big walks off the lead a day and after that she will spend most of the day sleeping on the sofa ! Casey is fed twice a day and also enjoys the odd treat between too!

Bella – 2 year old female Boxer

Bella is a 2 year old Boxer girl who is looking for a new home due to a marriage breakup. Bella is a typical lively bouncy Boxer, she gets excited when meeting new people and will jump up at visitors. She will need some socialisation with other dogs and animals and has not lived with children.

She does walk well on the lead but has not been let offlead often so will need some recall training. Whilst in foster bella has lived with 2 other dogs, she is very dominant around them and could not live with an ‘in your face’ dog as she does like to be the boss and will not tolerate a lively dog trying to play with her. There have been no problems with her and the dogs in her foster home though. She would be best as an only dog or with a calmer dog who will ignore her. She is not cat friendly.

Bella was recently rehomed but is reavailable as shes too hyperactive, she needs a very firm hand and needs to know who the boss is, she doesn’t need spoiling or she will take it for granted!

Regan – 7 year old male Boxer

Regan is a 7 year old Boxer boy. He is coming to us as his owner no longer has the time to care for him. He has lived with another boxer bitch, but when out on walks he can become protective of her which makes him unpredictable with other dogs. He will likely settle ok with other dogs, but he needs to learn he is not there to protect them and that you are the boss. With some time and patience this can be fixed. He loves people and is good with kids, he is clean in the house and ok to be left for a couple of hours. He has not lived with cats or small animals. Regan is vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and has his own passport!
