Frankie – 10½ week old male Whippet cross

This gorgeous dinky little tri coloured boy has lovely markings like his litter mates. His mum Poppy a little tri coloured whippet cross was rescued by a couple of our volunteers and a few days after arriving at Moorlands she give birth to 6 beautiful, healthy little pups. Poppy was only a baby herself really, no older than 12 months but she turned out to be an absolutely fantastic mum and luckily all her pups have thrived and inherited her super temperament. It is thought that dad is either another Whippet or maybe a Collie.

Frankie is vaccinated, micro-chipped and wormed. If re-homed locally the new owner will be able to have free castration done at our vets. Anyone out of the area can either bring the pup back to be neutered or have it done at their own expense at their own vets before the dog is 6 months old. It’s a condition of adoption and will be checked up on.

Tad – 5 years old male Border Terrier

Tad is a happy little dog, a typical terrier who loves to play ball and loves his walks. His elderly owners has had to hand him in as they are unwell and unable to cope with him. He is good with other dogs as long as he can carry a toy in his mouth – he walks lovely on a lead and is generally a super, cheerful little man. More suited to children over 7 yrs old.

Tad is neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and wormed.
