Heidi – 10 month old female Bichon Frise
Heidi is a 10 month old Bichon Frise bitch. She has had a lovely wash, brush up and trim and is a little poppet. Heidi has lived with other dogs, cats and children. She was initially a little scared in the kennels, but has settled nicely in her current foster home. Her new owner will need to ensure she is regularly groomed to prevent knots again spoiling her lovely coat.
Ben – 7 year old male Collie Cross
Ben is a black coloured cross breed, perhaps collie and looks like a bit of labrador. He is such a gentleman! He is believed to be aged around 7 years old and will make somebody a steady companion. He is good with other dogs and cats too.

Red – 4 year old male German Shepherd Cross
Red is a gentle German Shepherd cross boy and despite his size he is a friendly and sociable boy. He mixes well with the other dogs he has met. He is around 4 years old. Red has spent the last 7 months in kennels. Red would like a home with adults and older children who may have experience of older dogs.

Amy – 18 month old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Amy is a gorgeous brindle and white Staffordshire Bull Terrier bitch, aged around 18 months. She is such a ‘waggy’ little girl and is very friendly. She loves to play ball and when she comes back enjoys a tummy tickle to boot.

Pippin – 9 month old male Jack Russell Terrier
Pippin is the most adorable little wire haired Jack Russell Terrier type boy. He is thought to be around 9 months old and is currently settled in his foster home with a couple of Yorkshire Terriers and Missie the Rain Rescue mascot, another Jack Russell Terrier. Pippin on arrival had a matted coat but after a good bath is looking much more presentable. He is good with the other dogs and is very playful, but also happy to chill out and have a good cuddle.

Meg – 2-4 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Meg is a brindle and white coloured Staffordshire bull terrier and is quite a scared girl, although she has not lost her trust in humans and is very affectionate. Further details to follow once she has been assessed.

Daisy – 3-5 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Daisy is a chunky Staffordshire bull terrier, dark brown/brindle coloured and has just been rescued from the pound. She seems to be a friendly girl. More details to follow when she has been assessed a little.

Sophie – 2-5 year old female Schiller Hound
The nearest we can describe Sophie in breed is a Schiller type hound. She is such a gentle girl and was totally overawed with the noise in the pound. She really is the sweetest gentle loving girl you could hope to meet. We are not sure of her age but she is believed to be a young girl. She is learning to walk nicely on the lead and is getting more settled with the skittish behaviour, she may well have been mistreated. She sticks beside us and will really make a gorgeous dog and companion.

Riley – 1-2 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Riley is a 1 to 2 year old male Staffordshire Bull terrier. Riley came into our care after a angel saved him from being put to sleep in the pound, Riley is a very lucky boy and most definately has someone watching over him. He is a super boy, great looks and a nature to match, a more friendly boy you could not meet. His tail never stops wagging and in all his pictures the tail is blurred as it is still wagging. He knows basic commands and does a perfect sit, he loves treats and would excel with reward based training. Riley is a playful boy who would suit most family homes, a perfect companion.

Mistly is an adorable friendly greyhound, 3-4 yrs old who is living in a foster home in Sheffield along with two other dogs. She goes out for long walks with lots of doggy friends and is well known around the neighbourhood for wanting to play chase with everything – and is sometimes let off lead to have a good run. She would prefer a more energetic home, but is equally happy going to work with her foster carer and sleeping peacefully under the desk. Her foster carer says “she is perfect with adults, children and all other dogs. Her recall is brilliant until we get near the playground where she knows my son will be and then she runs off to find him and only comes back once she has collected him.
