Blaze – 13 month old male Lurcher
Blaze came to us with a broken leg. Despite his pain and the fact that he had been pushed from place to place for 3 days before anyone helped him he has been so good natured and well behaved throughout his treatment and recovery period. Blaze is a 13 month old lurcher, very friendly with an excellent temperament. He takes a very keen interest in the cats at the kennels so a home with no cats or small furries would be best. Blaze’s recovery is now complete and he has been discharged from the vets and is now raring to go.

Appollo is a real big softy. We think he is a labrador cross rottweiler. he is very large and even seems to have grown a bit more since he arrived 3 weeks ago. Apollo came from the stray kennels where he was due to be put to sleep and his age was estimated at 12 – 18 months but we think he is probably much younger than this. His manner is very puppyish. He is very friendly and just loves everyone.
Seems ok with other dogs and travels well in the car. Although he is such a lovely dog I think people may be put off because of his size and the fact that he likes to put his paws on your shoulders and lick your face!

Joe is a cross-breed boy aged approximately 6 months old, we’re not 100% sure what he is crossed with but looking at him he does have some German Shepherd in him so we expect that he will grow to be medium or large in size. He is a really nice young dog who seems intelligent and quick to learn. He walks well on the lead.
Robby – 2 year old male Shih Tzu cross Terrier
Robby is a very cute little Shih Tzu cross Terrier boy aged about 2 years. He is energetic and lively and travels well in the car. Robbie would like a home with no cats or very young children.
Jake – 10 month old male Border Collie
Jake is a beautiful 10 month old Border Collie. He has come to us because his family have split up. Jake is very friendly with children and other dogs but apparently he is afraid of cows and sheep.
Poppy – 3 year old female Jack Russell Terrier
Poppy is a 3 year old Jack Russell Terrier. She is used to living with children but doesn’t like cats. She would love to settle in a new, forever home soon.
Scamp – 12-18 month old male Terrier Cross
Scamp is a friendly Terrier cross aged 12 – 18 months old. He is very cute but we don’t know much about him as he was picked up as a stray. Can you offer him a forever home?
Holly – 4-6 year old female Labrador Cross
Holly a really lovely 4-6 year old female Labrador cross. She is a big dog but very friendly and loves children. Holly loves people’s company and long walks.
Buddy – 9 month old male Greyhound cross Great Dane
Buddy is a really lovely 9 month old Greyhound cross Great Dane involved. He is a big lad but so loveable and friendly and gets on with the other dogs.
Trevor – 2-3 year old male Cross-Breed
Trevor (also called Hatton) is a 2-3 year old Cross-breed boy who is a real live wire. He just wants to jump around and fuss everyone he sees. He is very friendly and likes other dogs, we think he would do well with an active family. Trevor has sore eyes at the moment and is having drops in.
