Simba - 4 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Simba is a 4 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier male who is on a Blackberry Farm fat busting diet! Simba is extremely lively and would love a home where he can be taken on plenty of long walks! Simba came in as his owners had to go back to full time work!
Simba is extremely lively in kennels as he wants to be everyone’s friend, but in the home he should settle down into a loving companion! Simba would be best to live as an only dog in the house and a cat free zone, he can live with older children! If you want Fun in your life then Simba is the dog for you!

Dino is a 5 year old Husky who is looking for an owner who is experienced and understand the breed! He will need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Dino is a typical Husky and likes to chase small furries, for this reason he may never beable to be let off the lead, as his recall is not 100%! Dino has been mixed with dogs at the centre and is very good, he would be suited to live with a female! He needs to live in a cat free zone.
Dino has been very unsure of the vet at the centre and will need to be muzzled when he goes to the vets. He would better suited to live with a mature family as he can be unsure of being handled, his new owners will need to work with this! Dino will need to be taken to training classes and will need an owner who is around most of the day to teach him to be left!

Tarka is a 8 year old chocolate Labrador female, who has had a very sad background! She was used to breed from and never taken out for socialising and walks, although Tarka is very friendly she does show typical behaviour of an animal who has been shut up for most of their life, such as walking round in circles when kennelled and not being able to settle quickly!
This is a problem which needs a really understanding owner to try to help Tarka learn to settle in new environment. Tarka will need someone at home during the day to teach her to be left and she will also need house training, she can live with older children, cats and dogs. Tarka is a really sweet dog who deserves someone to show her that there is a world outside of her kennel!

Amy and Benji are a lovely pair of sheltie’s who need to be re-homed together as they love each over very much. Amy is 12 years old and Benji is 6 years old. They came into the centre very matted and had to have their hair shaved off!
They are a little nervous and really need a quiet caring ‘forever’ home where they can build up their confidence. Benji has a grade 3 heart murmur, but this is causing him no other problems. The pair can live with quiet dogs, older and quiet children and cats. They are a wonderful pair and deserve a home to match, please find it in your heart to give them a special home.

Bailey is a very energetic small cross-breed, he is only 8 months old and will need lots of training and exercise, manners aren’t his strong point! Bailey loves people and enjoys the company of other dogs, although he can get a little over the top so would need to live with an older confident dog.
Bailey was known to suffer from separation anxiety in his previous home so he will need someone at home during the day to teach him to be left as he may get destructive if left for long periods.
Bailey is a lovely lad and can live with older children, he can live with a confident cat and will need someone very patient who can deal with lack of manners. Bailey will need to be taken to training classes which will help him on his way to become a loving companion.

Echo is a male Labrador between 1-2 years old. He came from a breeding kennels and is an affectionate lad who needs an experienced owner, as he has never lived in a house so will need socialising and house training.
Echo is such a sweet boy and really enjoys a fuss, he had never really been handled in his previous home but is loving it now he’s with us! Echo can live with children 12 years+ cats and dogs, he may be a little hard work at first, but with some love and kindness he will mature into a loving loyal companion.

Pixie Dust is a small, female, cross-breed aged between 2-5 years old. She is a real character and will bring joy to someone’s life if they gave her the chance. Pixie Dust was unwanted and came to the centre with her sister, who has now be re-homed, so Pixie is looking for someone to love her too!
We think Pixie Dust has slight vision problems as she lifts her head in different angles to see you, the vets at the centre have checked her out and its not causing her any problems, just adds to her character!
Pixie is looking for an owner who is at home most of the day and she would love to live with another dog, she can live with cats and older children. Pixie Dust is sad she’s been left behind, she longs for that special someone to come and rescue her!

Ben is a lively, male, Collie cross who is 1 year old. He needs a home to match his energetic ways. He came to the centre as he was unwanted by his previous owners. Ben has been mixed with dogs at the centre and is very good but we feel he would be better suited to live as an only dog as he can get jealous over toys.
Ben would like an experienced owner who is home most of the day, he can live with children 7 + and need a cat free zone. Ben is a clever boy who really needs a home where he can use his intelligence, he is a real sweetie and will lighten your life.

Toffee is a beautiful, female, medium sized cross-breed, she looks like she has some Staffordshire Bull Terrier in there somewhere, who is 7 years old. She is looking for an active home where she can get lots of attention. Toffee came to the centre via an inspector as her owners did not want her any more.
She is a really nice natured dog who will need an experienced owner who is at home most of the day. She is best suited to a cat free zone and could live with a male dog. We have no background on Toffee so she would be better suited to live with older children. Toffee is a real sweetie and deserves to find a loving home!

Rosie is a female, Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Patterdale Terrier and is 1 year old. Rosie came into the centre with two puppies who have now been re-homed! She is a lively energetic lady who needs an owner who will give her plenty of physical and mental stimulation.
Rosie is a lovely girl but she does have a high chase instinct so her new owners will need to be aware of this, for this reason she cannot live with cats and is looking for an experienced owner. Rosie could live with a male dog and older children.
Rosie can be a little hyper, but in the right home with the right people she will be a shining star and bring fun to your life!
