Freddie – 4 year old male Jack Russell Terrier Cross

Freddie is around 4 years old and is a Jack Russell Terrier cross. Freddie is an adorable little dog who is tragically looking for a new home through no fault of his own, having been with his present family for around 3 and a half years. He is a fantastic companion and loves nothing better than to cuddle up next to you on the sofa and will take as much fuss and attention as you can give him. He has a super temperament and loves everyone and everything! He is very good with other dogs and loves to play with them. He is even good with cats and currently lives with one. Freddie really loves his walks and likes to go off lead every day in the countryside or at the beach. Freddie can be left for a few hours with no problems.

Freddie is already neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is still with his family in West Norfolk, who are devastated to have to part with him, and we hope to be able to find Freddie a home very soon so that he does not have to go into kennels. Freddie would be devastated to find himself alone in kennels, especially at this time of the year in the very cold weather.

Freddie is a lively, happy dog and he would do best in a home with older children and could possibly live with a female dog. Freddie can be rehomed outside the county, within reason, subject to a successful homecheck.

If you think you can provide this sweet little dog with a loving permanent home, where he will get plenty of exercise to keep him healthy and lots of fuss and cuddles to keep him happy, please contact us as soon as possible.

Walter – 1 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Walter is a 1 year old extremely handsome Staffordshire Bull Terrier and unbelievably came into us as a stray! Quite how someone came to throw this gorgeous boy out is beyond us! He has a super temperament and we are looking for a fun-loving family who can provide Walter with an active home where he will loved and looked after for the rest of his life. Walter seems to be fine with other dogs and can live with children aged 12+. He loves his walks and is very good on the lead.

He is clean in his kennel and travels very well, preferring to sit on your lap and give lots of Staffie kisses and cuddles!
Walter has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and, although at our kennels in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, Walter can be rehomed outside of the county, within reason, subject to a successful homecheck.

If you think you can provide Walter with a loving, forever home please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Walter is only a young dog and really should not be staring out at life through the bars of his kennel door.

Bailey – 1 year old male Labrador Retriever

Bailey is a 1 year old, exceedingly handsome, yellow Labrador Retriever who is desperate for a new home and can’t wait to be out of kennels and be out and about enjoying life. He is lovely young dog and will make a fantastic addition to the right family. Bailey has a good temperament and has lots of energy, is quite a large dog and would benefit from people who are dog-experienced. He is fine with other dogs and could possibly live with an older, calm female dog who will keep him in his place! Any children in the family would need to be aged 13 or older, simply due to his size . Bailey is housetrained, can be left for a few hours a day if necessary and travels well. He cannot live with cats.

Bailey is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and, although at our centre on the outskirts of King’s Lynn in Norfolk, he can be rehomed outside of the county within reason. Can you give Bailey the permanent home that he needs, where he will get plenty of exercise and stimulation, a big cosy bed and of course lots of love?

If you’d like to enquire about Bailey please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Dusty – 1 year old male Border Collie

Dusty is a 1 year old male Border Collie who has come into rescue due to his elderly owner becoming too poorly to look after him. Look at this fantastic boy…how intelligent does he look? Dusty has lived as a companion dog and must be really missing his owner and home comforts poor boy. He has a lovely temperament, is extremely friendly and eager to please and could make a fantastic agility dog, or something similar. He could be left for a few hours a day if necessary, travels well and is housetrained.

Dusty is a good all round dog and will make a smashing addition to an active family. Dusty is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and, although at our Centre on the outskirts of King’s Lynn in Norfolk, he can be rehomed outside of the county, within reason, subject to a successful homecheck.

Muffin – 18 month old female Cross-Breed

Muffin is an 18 month old female Cross-Breed who came in to us last week, as another stray, another dog cruelly abandoned or thrown out. She is a very sweet girl who is eager to please and loves a fuss from anyone! She is a crossbreed of some sort, has a longish body and a nice thickish, feathery tail.

Muffin seems to take no notice of the other dogs at all and very much enjoys her walks. She is strongish on the lead, but this will improve with regular daily exercise. She seems to have a very nice amenable temperament and could be rehomed with children aged 10-12 or older.

Muffin is now spayed, has been microchipped and vaccinated and although at our kennels just outside King’s Lynn, in Norfolk, she can be rehomed outside of the county subject to a successful homecheck.

Muffin will make a super family companion, will no doubt enjoy lots of outside activities and basically will enjoy family life if someone can please give her the chance. Could this be you please?

If you are interested please do get in touch asap as sweet Muffin is desperate to be out of kennels and living life to the full.

Sam – 6 year old male Labrador Retriever

Sam is a 6 year old Labrador Retriever and has come into rescue through no fault of his own. His owner, who’d had him since he was a pup, was very sadly no longer able to keep him and poor Sam has had a very upsetting time of it lately. He has a lovely temperament and will make a wonderful addition to another family. He is fine with other dogs, although he has told us that he’d like to have all the fuss and attention in his new home to himself please! He can live with children aged 8 or older, but cannot live with cats. He is of course housetrained, he is good on the lead and travels well.

Sam is already neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and, although at our kennels outside King’s Lynn in Norfolk, he can be rehomed outside of the county subject to a successful homecheck.

Basically he is an good all round family dog who has no idea why his life has changed so much.

If you can offer Sam a permanent home where he will get lots of love, good company for at least half the day, a lovely cosy bed and a couple of nice walks a day please do get in touch.

Zeus – 3-4 year old male Rottweiler

Zeus is 3-4 year old male Rottweiler who was originally found as a stray. He is a smashing boy with a lovely temperament and is very much like a cuddly black bear! He loves his walks and is good on the lead. He is calm and very loving, and so wants to be with you having a fuss. He takes treats very gently and has definitely been someone’s dog as they have taught him to give his paw, bless his heart.

He is fine with other dogs out on a walk, but would prefer to have all the attention for himself once at home. He could live with sturdy children aged 13 plus simply due to his size.

He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped since coming into our care. Zeus also came into the Centre with very sore eyes and it was soon discovered that he had entropion in both eyes. (Entropion is a condition where the eyelid turns inwards and the eyelashes constantly rub against the eye.) This condition will have been extremely uncomfortable for Zeus, to say the least, and should never have been allowed to continue. His eye operations have been extremely successful though and Zeus will have no further recurrence of this. He must be feeling heaps and heaps better now.

If you think you can offer Zeus a loving forever home, with a lovely big comfy bed and several nice walks a day, somewhere where he won’t be neglected but somewhere where he will be given lots of TLC, please do get in touch as soon as possible.

Pippa – 2-3 year old female Dogue de Bordeaux

Pippa is a gorgeous 2-3 year old Dogue de Bordeaux. She has come into the Centre through a change in her family’s circumstances and they were very upset to part with her. She has a lovely temperament, is very loving, very cuddly and very well behaved. She is of course housetrained, walks well on the lead, has good recall, travels well, is good with other dogs out on a walk but prefers to have the human attention to herself at home. She could live with children aged 13 plus and would like company for at least half the day.

Basically Pippa is a wonderful girl who, tragically, now finds herself in kennels without her family. Pippa is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and, although at our Centre in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, she can be rehomed outside of the county subject to a successful homecheck.

If you think you can offer Pippa the loving home she so deserves and needs please contact us as soon as possible. We all look forward to hearing from you.

Brin – 9-12 month old male Terrier Cross

Brin is a 9-12 month old male Terrier Cross and is one of the sweetest little dogs I’ve ever met and really should have been called Tiny Tim as he is just that, tiny!

He is only young and was found as a stray. He looks to be a Terrier cross and has the most striking coat. He is very good with other dogs, even ignores any who growl at him, and could almost certainly live with another one following an initial introduction at the kennels. He seems to be scared of cats so could probably live with a non-scary one! He is extremely loving and affectionate and absolutely loves any attention. He does calm fairly quickly and when we had him in the office this week, he was laying on his back and I was tickling his chest and he started to go to sleep, it was so sweet.

He could live with children aged 8 or older and would adore all the fun and games they could have together. He is very small and manageable and will make a great family dog I’m sure.

Brin will be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped before going to his new home and, although at our Centre on the outskirts of King’s Lynn in Norfolk, he can be rehomed outside of the county subject to a successful homecheck.

If you can provide Brin with company for a good part of the day, a couple of nice walks every day, a soft, cosy bed and lots and lots of love, then please do get in touch as soon as possible. This little man really should be tucked up somewhere lovely tonight and not in kennels on his own. We all look forward to hearing from you.

Bim – 10 year old male Border Collie

Bim is a 10 year old male Border Collie who’s owner has passed away and all poor Bim has left of his previous life is one of his owners jumpers to comfort him. Bim has lived a comfortable home life and cannot understand what has happened and why he is alone and in kennels. Bim is around 10 years old and really needs to be relaxing in front of the fire at someone’s feet, not staring out through bars at this miserable February weather.

Bim is very sociable and very responsive to you. He visibly perks up once taken out of his kennel and is so pleased to be with you. He turns to smile at you once on the lead and really wants to be fussed. I spent some time with him in the office and he loves nothing better than to tuck his head into you whilst you kiss it. I was whispering in his ear how lovely he was and he just kept pressing himself closer. I can’t tell you what a lovely dog he is and it broke my heart to put him back in his kennel….eventually! I kept putting it off as I couldn’t bear to do it.

Ideally we would be looking for older human company for him, but equally he could live with sensible children who would respect his age. Bim has previously lived with another dog and is perfectly dog-friendly. Bim walks very well on the lead and I imagine he would be happy with a couple of short walks a day where he could have a good sniff and a potter. Bim is in our kennels in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, but could be rehomed outside of the county, within reason and subject to a successful homecheck. Bim is already neutered and has started his vaccinations and will be microchipped.

We are desperate to find him somewhere lovely, somewhere where he will have plenty of company, somewhere he will be cosseted and pampered and comforted. If you think you can offer Bim all these things please get in touch with us.
