Dray – 6 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Meet Dray, what a gorgeous boy! As is typical with Staffordshire Bull Terrier, he is a very happy chap and just makes you smile with his lovely character. He is only 6 years old so is full of fun, he loves his toys, tummy tickles are a favourite and he won’t say no to a cuddle if there are any going spare. He came from a loving home and has found himself looking for a new family through no fault of his own so understandably he must be wondering why he hasn’t got his home comforts anymore.

He has grown up with children and just loves being with them and playing lots of fun games. A typical Staffy he wants to be with people and be a full member of the family and would rather be an only dog. He so deserves to be part of a loving home again and his happy nature and fun loving character will make him a fabulous addition to a dog loving family. If you are looking for a dog to share your life then please consider Dray as he just deserves so much more than being in a kennel. People, love and fun are what he wants and he will give so much back to the right family.

Meet Trixie, she is an 8 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier and such a happy smiley girl and greets everyone she meets with a lovely waggy tail. A typical staffie she is full of joy with plenty of energy for nice country walks and a fun play session. As long as she has lots of fuss and cuddles at the end of the day she will be a very happy dog and provide endless amounts of enjoyment for her new family.

Staffies love people and company so a home where she can join in with your day as much as possible would be wonderful. Trixie so deserves a loving family of her own and her personality and loving character will make her a wonderful companion. Trixie likes to play with other dogs but would rather she lived as the only dog in a home so she can have all the attention for herself! Trixie would suit a home with older children better since she has not grown up with younger kids. If you are considering bringing a dog in to your life then Trixie is such a deserving girl and just wants a family she can call her own and know they will be there for her forever.
5Oct2011 | RSPCA South Cotswolds Branch | READ MORERiley – 2 year old male Cross-Breed
Riley is a lovely, lively 2 year old cross-breed boy who really enjoys life. He is a great character and full of fun. He is a lovely little guy who enjoys playing and running about and is really affectionate. He would love a family of his own where he can join in lots of fun activities and walks. He is fine with children (7 years+) but would be better in a home with no other dogs or cats. He is good at doing as he is told and is better suited to an experienced dog home as he can be willful so needs to understand what is expected of him and be given firm but kind guidance. He is a lovely chap who would be a real fun addition to a family looking for a four legged friend.

Pongo – 3 1/2 year old male Labrador cross Collie
Pongo is a 3 1/2 year old Labrador cross Collie who has found himself looking for a new home after his family moved to accommodation that would not accept pets. He is extremely nervous and finding the whole experience of being separated from what he knows bewildering. He needs an experienced dog home where he can be given the time and commitment to allow him to develop his confidence and learn new experiences at his own pace. He needs someone who will take things slow and can help him to overcome his fears and nervousness in a positive and rewarding way. He will no doubt become a super dog once he develops a bond and confidence in his new family.

Daisy – 16 month old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Daisy is a beautiful girl and has a very sweet nature. She is only 16 months old and is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She was picked up as a stray and then not claimed. She has lived with other dogs and children and would be best suited to a home where she can get lots of attention and be given time to trust again. She has a lovely character and her past treatment has left her a bit timid of people but she still likes to give lots of love when she gets to know you. She really deserves a second chance and would make a lovely dog for the right family.
Ben and Rustie – 10-11 year old male Shih Tzus
Ben and Rustie are 2 beautiful little Shih Tzus who have been through a really tough time lately when their elderly owner sadly died. There were no family members able to continue looking after these little guys so they are now wondering why life has changed so much. Ben is 10 and has a sight problem and Rustie is 11, they really love one another and need to be homed together. They have been well looked after so need to find a home where they can once again feel secure and loved and can enjoy each others company.
They both have lovely characters and still enjoy a short walk outdoors although Ben’s sight is not as it used to be so he very much relys on Rustie and needs her there for support as well as comfort. These two really do make you fall in love with them as soon as you meet them and would make a lovely pair for someone wishing to give an older dog some much needed comfort, love and security in their later years.
Tyler – 6 year old male Boxer
Tyler is a handsome, gorgeous Boxer who is just over 6 years old. He is a lovely boy, full of energy and deserves a home where he can be a much loved member of the family. He is a big softy and would provide lots of fun and laughs with his wonderful character and cheeky chappy ways. He is a large dog and gets on well with children (8+), he is fine with other dogs but would prefer to be an only dog so he can get all the love for himself. He requires a good amount of exercise and loves lots of fuss and company.
