Rip – 4 year old male Yorkshire Terrier
Rip is a very sweet four year old Yorkshire Terrier. He is a really friendly little dog who is good with children, he loves his walks and playing with his toys. House trained and much loved. It is through no fault of his own that Rip is looking for a new forever home. His mum is an elderly lady with failing health, she now feels that she can sadly no longer give him the care and attention he needs. This great little dog will make an ideal companion. Sharkey – 2 year old male Cross-Breed
Sharkey is a two year old medium sized terrier crossbreed who came in to our care as his owner had taken ill. Sadly this boy had not been socialized or had much training but he has now become a very friendly dog who loves being out and about. He loves his walks and to play with a ball or any toys. We feel he would be a good candidate for agility training. Very active and would make an ideal companion for a family with older children who could play with him. Bella – 9 month old female Fell Hound Terrier Cross
Bella is a very beautiful fellhound cross aged approximately nine months who came in to our care as her owners could no longer look after her. We feel she has not lived in a home therefore would not be house trained but she is an intelligent girl who with patience and training would soon learn. Bella lacks confidence through lack of any socialization but she is affectionate and loves cuddles, she enjoys being out for walks and is doing well with her lead training. Likes other dogs and would be better to have a companion dog in her new family. It is sad to see a young dog in kennels and we home she will find the right person to offer her a forever home.

Patch – 3 year old male Greyhound
Patch is a handsome greyhound aged 3 years whose owner sadly took ill and could not look after him, he is not doing well in kennels and urgently needs a new forever home. This boy is so gentle and walks well on the lead, he leans in to you for love. He has been a racer so would chase small creatures and is not good with small dogs but is friendly with the larger ones. He would also be better in a family with no small children. He would just need two walks a day and a sofa to sit with you on. Please can you offer him a home.

Kayla – 7 year old female Rottweiler
Kayla is a lovely Rottweiler girl aged 7 years and now needs a new home due to a change of circumstances within her family. They are very sad to part with her but as she is being left for long periods of time feel it is not fair to the dog. This very good natured girl has been brought up with children and has never shown any signs of aggression. Good with other dogs and has lived with cats, a big softie really. Kayla is good on the lead though is enthusiastic when meeting people, her recall is good and she loves walks either on the beach or in the countryside.

Mac – 2 year old male Terrier Cross
Mac is a black terrier cross aged about 2 years who was found wandering as a stray and taken to the local dog pound. He has now come in to our care and needs a new loving home. This is a friendly happy little dog who would love a garden to run in and maybe older children to play with him. He is good with the other dogs in the kennels and loves being out for walks. He is an active dog who does need exercise.

Jet – 1-2 year old male Terrier cross Patterdale
Jet is a small black terrier cross with some Patterdale in him. Found wandering as a stray he was taken to the local dog pound and then came to us. A great friendly happy dog who will sit and give a paw. Loves walks and is good with the other dogs in the kennels and with people. Walks well on the lead and enjoys being out. He would make an ideal companion.

Ben – 9 month old male Terrier Cross
Ben is a rough coated terrier cross with maybe a bit of collie in him, he is only young, approximately nine months old and was taken to the local dog pound after being found as a stray. The owners were traced but they disclaimed him so he is looking for a new family to love him. This little dog is very energetic and can jump high so you would need a secure garden, he is very friendly and good with the other dogs in the kennels. Ideally older children in the family who would be happy to play with him. A very nice little dog who just needs some basic training, please can you help Ben.

Merlin – 8 month old male Weimaraner
Merlin is a handsome 8 month old Weimaraner who has come to our care after his last owners disclaimed him. This poor lad has already had at least four different homes and desperately needs to find the right owner for him. He needs an experienced high energy owner who can give him plenty of exercise and take him to dog training classes for socialization as well as basic obedience.

Max – 6 year old male Boxer
Max is a very handsome six year old Boxer boy, he is red brindle with a lovely black face. Very friendly and affectionate with people but sometimes he does not like all other dogs so we are looking for a home with him as the only pet in the family. Like any self respecting boxer he is fussy and bouncy with an inquisitive nature.
This special boy needs to be rehomed with an experienced dog owner who has plenty of time for him as he does not like to be left alone too long. With a little training and lots of love Max will make a wonderful companion, please could you give him the forever home he desperately needs and deserves. He cant live with small children.
