Jack is a gorgeous 3 year old male Labrador Cross who has recently came into rescue. He was given to us by his owners and has lived in a house with lots of children. This proved a little too much for Jack so he would like a quieter life. He likes a fuss and loves his walks.

Madge is a 3 year old stray German Shepherd Dog cross Poodle who was full of knots when she arrived. She is a loving friendly dog who walks beautifully on the lead. Can you offer her a home?

Tina – 2 year old female Lurcher

Tina is a 2 year old female Lurcher who is a lovely dog who responds well to training. She walks lovely on a dogmatic head collar. One of our volunteer dog walkers has been enjoying spending time doing this with Tina and she is responding to distraction methods using treats as a reward and is loving it. Tina came to us when she attacked a sheep.

Many dogs are not safe around livestock and Tina is no exception she is only doing what many dogs do. As long as all dogs are kept on leads around livestock and under control they can still make fantastic companions for sensible owners. Tina needs that second chance. She is already proving herself in kennels, with a bit of work she can be distracted.

Misty is a wonderful 3 year old female English Springer Spaniel who came to us as a stray. She is a typical lively Springer and would suit an active family used to Springers or other working type breeds in order to give her the stimulation that she needs.

Holly – 4 year old female German Shepherd Dog

Holly is a pretty 4 year old female German Shepherd Dog. Holly came to us via the dog warden when she was removed from her owners. Holly has some scarring on her legs from veterinary treatments as a puppy. Holly is now fit and well. We would ideally like Holly to live with experienced German Shepherd owners, but anyone who is used to large dogs will be considered. Holly is great on the lead and housetrained but is not good with cats.
