Rosie – 2 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Rosie, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, 2 years old, Female, Brindle and white, Neutered, Vaccinated and Chipped. Rosie is a little sweety, she is a very happy, bouncy Staffi and has a wonderful sweet nature. She is very good with people and children, very intelligent, loves interaction and loves playing games with you. She is housetrained and is vaccinated, neutered and chipped.

She will need a home where her owners are at home for most of the day, can have access to a garden, she will require 2 walks a day and will need to attend beginner dog training classes to help her socialise with other dogs. She is fine with dogs out on a walk but she is very uncomfortable living with them.

If you like the sound of Rosie and want to know more about her, please call or e-mail Sophie on 0773 444 2785 or info@tarrs.org.uk

T-bag – 3 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier

T-bag, Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross, 3 years old, Female, Black with bits of white, Neutered, Vaccinated and Chipped. T-bag came into the rescue originally as a 14 week old pup nearly 3 years ago and her foster adopted her, this is what she has to say about her. She is the most loving loyal girl you could ever meet. She will adore her new owner with every inch of her body. She is friendly and chatty as only a staffie can be! T-bag will sit next to you on the sofa and loves nothing more than a good cuddle. She travels well in the car and will happily be left at home for a few hours without fuss, and has never been destructive. She loves to go for walks but is just as happy to hang around at home, but she does tends to put on weight easy so she is on a light diet to help with this.

T-Bag is great with people and children and has had basic training but will do anything for a piece of cheese. T-bag’s only bad point is that she is not dog friendly, she has lived in a multiple dog household for 3 years, but you can tell this has now made her very uncomfortable. She can be food aggresive to other dogs but never to people. She is neutered microchipped and fully vaccinated and has never been sick or need vet treatment. T-bag’s new owners will have a loving loyal companion.

If you would like to know more about T-bag or make an appointment to come and see her, please call or e-mail Sophie on 0773 444 2785 or on info@tarrs.org.uk

Murphy – 7 year old male Collie

Murphy originally came into TARRS as a stray in 2008 but he has returned due to his new owner having to be taken into hospital. Murphy is a wonderful collie, we did wonder whether he was crossed with a Rough Collie but not sure.

It’s such a shame to see him back and I’m just getting to know him again. Murphy is a neutered male and believe he may be 7+ years and he is now in medication. If you would like to know more about Murphy, please get in touch with Sophie on 0773 444 2785 or e-mail info@tarrs.org.uk

Lady – 12-13 year female Collie Cross

Lady is a 12 – 13 year old Collie cross and has come into the rescue as her owner has sadly passed away. Lady is such a beautiful loving dog and she has still got so much more love and life to give. Lady is very good with children of all ages, other dogs, cats and rabbits. She has been neutered, microchipped and is vaccinated. Since being in the rescue lady has developed slight incontinance which is now slowly getting better over time and we are also currently working on her car issue that she has, as we think it has developed from being thrown out of a car when she was a puppy and now gives her anxiety which is taking time to resolve but we are slowly getting there. She is looking for a loving home to spend the rest of her days with someone who can be quite firm with her but give her a solid routine. Lady would like a home where she can have company from another dog, someone to be home most of the day and not to have to travel in the car very often. If you can offer Lady a home please call Sophie on 0773 444 2785 or e-mail info@tarrs.org.uk

Benny – 10 month old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross

This is the lovely Benny. He is a 10 month old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross and is a neutered male. Benny was originally a rescue puppy from an unwanted litter but due to unforseen circumstances can no longer live with his current family.

Benny has lived with young children but would probably be better living with teenage children rather than babies due to his bouncing nature. Benny is good with other dogs but probably not to live with as he likes to be the only dog in the house and he also has good recall, but all his training will need to be carried on especially during his maturity year.

Benny can be left for short periods but we recommend no longer than 4 hours maximum. Benny is a wonderful family dog that loves attention and fuss, he is eager to please and would suit a family that love walking and playing games.

If you can offer Benny a forever home he deserves, please call Sophie on 0773 444 2785 or e-mail info@tarrs.org.uk If you cannot get through to the phone, please e-mail as I have a job as well as the rescue and I will be able to get back to you then. No calls after 8.30pm please.

Splash – 8 week old male Boxer Cross

This is Splash she will be a medium sized cross breed and she is 8 weeks old. She is the most delightful puppy she loves everybody and everything. Splash got her name as she was pulled out of a canal by a passerby who had seen a group of youths throw her in and were filming her drowning. She is oblivious to her near death and is a happy playfull girl who wins the hearts of all she meets. She has had her 1st vacination and been given a clean bill of health by the Vet. Splash is doing well with her housetraining and is clean and dry through the night. She gets on great with my dogs and should be ok to home with cats.

We think Spalsh is a Boxer crossed with something smaller she has the brindle colouring of a boxer and a boxer like face. She really is a special girl who deserves a forverer home of her own, I would keep her if i didnt already have so many! If you can offer Splash the home she deserves call Becky her foster mum on 07986 564 993. (She is Fostered in Stratford Upon Avon)
