Bruno - 1 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross
Bruno is a 1 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross and he came into the shelter in January 2008. This boisterous youngster has been passed around a lot and not really had much training. He needs to feel settled and secure with owners who will have plenty of time to teach him the basics and have plenty of fun.
Bruno is lovable with lots of energy. He can be rehomed with children 8 years +, he would be suitable to live with other dogs but not cats. His new owners would be benefit from Terrier breed experience.

Jasper is a 1 year old male Dogue de Bordeaux cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier and he came into the shelter in January 2008. He is a real powerhouse and not for the faint hearted. He is very friendly but completely unfocussed on his handler and will need training and motivating to be obedient.
Jasper needs a very experienced owner who will give him time to grow up. He can be rehomed with children 12 years + and would be best suited as the only pet in the household. Experience of a powerful breed strongly recommended for potential new owners.

Maddy is a 3 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier female who came into the shelter in December 2007. She is an active dog who is very affectionate when calm and can be naughty when excited and will bite through her lead. She is independent and needs to learn to bond with her new owner so may take time to settle.
Lovely girl in experienced hands. Maddy would be best suited to active owners, we wouldn’t recommended her to live with elderly owners. She can be rehomed with children 10 years + and would be best suited as the only pet in the household. Breed experience would benefit new owners.

He can be boisterous and easily excitable, when he tends to mouth. With training and a set of rules to live by he will be a wonderful family companion.
Biggy needs an experienced active home. He can be rehomed with children 12 years +, he is good, but a bit boisterous with dogs, but would prefer not to live with cats. Breed experience would be recommended for new owners.
