Megan – 2 year old female German Shepherd Cross
Megan is a 2year old German Shepherd cross. She is looking for a new home due to her owners finding her too strong and not being able to give Megan the exercise she needs. Megan is good with other dogs and loves to play and run. She is not good with cats. She would suit an active home and someone willing to continue her training and socialisation. Megan is used to visiting children.
Sweetheart – 18 month old female Dogue de Bordeaux
Sweetheart is a lovely 18 month old Dogue de Bordeaux. She is looking for a a new home due to personal reasons which can be discuseed with potential owners. She would be better in a home as the only dog or with an older male.
Blaze – 10 month old male Alaskan Malamute
Blaze is a 10month old Malamute. He is having to be rehomed due to a family members ill health. He is good with dogs and is used to a visiting 9year old child. Hasn’t been around cats.
Scooby – 4-5 year old male Dalmatian
Scooby is a 4/5 year old dalmation who has sadly been returned to us after almost a year after taking a dislike to a child family member. He is a happy boy always wagging his tail. He has an initial dislike to male dogs but if calm enough and ignored he’s fine. Will need an adult only home with owners who have experience with dalmations.
Stanley – 6 1/2 month male old English Bull Terrier Cross
Stanley is a 6 1/2month old english bull terrier cross. He was rescued after being shut in a garage for the first 5months of his life. Understandably nervous, great with cats and great with other dogs both male and female, would prefer he went with another dog for added confidence. Would prefer a home with no children as stanley would better suit a quieter environment with somebody who has the time to help build trust in stan.
Benji – 11 month old male Labrador cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Benji is an 11month old Labrador cross staff. He came to us due to allergies in the family so could no longer have him. He is great with other dogs and cats. Also good with people and children but is still at that age where he mouths. He has bundles of energy so would suit an active family. Very sweet boy who is also crate trained.
Tilly – 7 moth old female Rottweiler
Tilly is a 7month old Rottweiler. She has come to us due to a change of circumstances. She is small for her age. Great with dogs, cats people and children from 5years up. Also hasn’t bothered with our farm animals such as the chickens, ducks, horse and a sheep. An all round lovely dog. Tilly is very calm and is crate trained.
Alfie – 11 year old male German Shepherd cross Collie
Alfie is an 11year old German Shepherd cross Collie. He was homed from the sanctuary 4 years ago but due to his owner now workin 14hours a day Alfie barks all day from start to finish which has caused neighbours to make complaints so now Alfie has been returned. He prefers bitches but hasn’t been used to cats. Hasn’t lived with children but has been used to visiting. Can anyone offer this boy a home to spend his twilight years with good food and company?
Trixie – 3 year old female Jack Russell Terrier Cross
Trixie is a 3 year old Jack Russell cross. Has come all the way from Greece! She was rescued after not long having a litter of puppies, very thin, hairless underneath and all the Greek strays picking on her. A lady holidaying on the island couldn’t bare to leave her behind. She has spent 6months in quarantine and now looking for her new home. She has been used to children from 10years up since being in England and was used to the cats straying on the island around the resort.
Bully – 3 year old male American Bulldog cross English Bulldog
Bully is an American cross English Bulldog. He was a stray and never got claimed. Approx 3 years old. Quite a dominant young man, will need to go where new owners are experienced with this type of behaviour. He isn’t in with other dogs but has met them out and shown no aggression. He will be castrated. Is friendly with people but wouldn’t home him with children. Bully needs to realise he isn’t top dog.
