Midas – 2 year old female Cross-Breed

Midas is a 2 year old female medium sized cross-breed with huge ears. She is a little bigger than a Whippet in size. Midas our Turkish Delight has she has come all the way from Turkey. She was ill treated out there and is a little nervous of men but when she learns your there to be her friend she soon comes round and is lovely. Brilliant with other dogs, she will run and play all day, so a home with another would be great as Midas is a lot more confident with dogs around. She has been used to children but where she is timid at first they will need to understand to be calm around her. Not to sure about cats as hasn’t come across many.

Rosie and George – 3-4 year old male and female Jack Russell Terrier’s

Meet Rosie and George – this lovely pair of Jack Russell Terrier’s are 3 and 4 years old. Rosie (Docked tail) George (Long tail). They must be homed together as George is the more nervous of the two and relies on Rosie. Rosie is a very happy go lucky dog who loves everybody, George just needs that extra bit of encouragement to become more confident with strangers. They are both lovely and love playing ball and going for walks. If you sit down they will jump on your lap and sit there for hours being fussed. They came to us as their owner could no longer afford to care for them.

Sheba – 1 year old female Lurcher cross German Shepherd Dog

Sheba the beautiful Lurcher cross German Shepherd Dog aged 1 year old, fantastic with other dogs, loves to run and play ball. She came into us after her owners working hours changed meaning she would be left for long days. She is a chaser of cats and other small animals. Sheba would suit an active family and has lived with young children. She is also the sister of Manny. (They did not come in together. They were homed from us as puppies).

Manny – 1 year old male Lurcher cross German Shepherd Dog

Manny is a handsome 1 year old Lurcher cross German Shepherd Dog who has come into us due to not being able to be left alone in the house as he becomes destructive. Unfortunatly his owners working hours meant he had to be left for most of the day. He is great with other dogs, doesn’t seem to mind cats but is scared of other animals. Manny has been used to visiting children and was fine with them, he is a lovely dog, he just can’t be left for long periods of time. He loves to play and will happily sit on your lap for a cuddle. The brother of Sheba.

Purdey – 8 1/2 month old female Dobermann cross Rottweiler

Purdey is a gorgeous Dobermann cross Rottweiler girl, although there could be something else in there as she is quite small. At 8 1/2 months old she has a bit of growing to do. She came into us due to her owners elderly dog not excepting her. She is fantastic with other dogs, people, has been used to having children around and didn’t seem that bothered with our cats. Her only vice is that she isn’t over keen on being left and when she is she likes to let herself be heard. Otherwise she is a very loveable sweet natured puppy.

Lottie – 5-6 year old female Jack Russell Terrier

Lottie the Jack Russell Terrier we think is approximately 5-6 years old. She came to us a stray, riddled with fleas, terribly thin, burns and sores all over her and filthy dirty. She is gaining weight and coming out of herself everyday. At the moment Lottie is in with other dogs and females and is fine although she can become bossy due to jealousy. She is very active and loves to greet you and is an all round nice dog.

Jasper – 4 year old male Jack Russell Terrier

Jasper is a 4 year old Jack Russell Terrier. He has come into us due to his owners splitting and having to move. He is great with people, has been used to children and great with other dogs. We were told by his previous owners that he guards his food and toys and is fine when just left to eat and pick his bowl up once finished, also with bones. We haven’t actually had any problems regarding this but prospective owners will be told this incase he does do it in a home environment. He loves playing and loves cuddles and walks and would make someone a lovely dog as he aims to please.
