Babe – 18 month old female Collie Cross

Babe is an 18 month old female Cross-Breed. My name is Babe and I have been asked to write a little bit about myself to show everyone what a lovely girl I am and to let everyone know that I would very much like my very own home and a family to call my own. I am about 18 months old now and I have been in the UK now for over a year. I was rescued from outside an apartment block in Romania where myself and my 2 sisters were living out in the rain and cold. Both my sisters have now been rehomed and I am still waiting patiently. I can be quite a cheeky minx (or do my foster mum says) but I mean no harm and just need someone who can tell me “no” because once I know that you are the boss I’m a lot happier. Everyone that meets me tells me that I am a very special girl but no one has loved me enough to take me home with them yet so I’m begun to think I’m not really that special after all. I am pretty with lovely markings.

I am a Collie cross with a Lurcher type dog, even though my Aunty thinks I am part cheetah because I have long legs and my body is the same shape. I also like to run fast too. I am doing very well with my off lead training when I go out with all my foster brother and sister’s. I love to play, run and snuggle. These are my favourite things. I also love to show people my special smile and it looks like I am giggling when I do. I am very good at making myself fit into the smallest bed possible with my legs curled right round myself which makes me look so cute. I have learned how to sit and will bring the ball back and with some more training who knows what else I could do. I have watched both my sisters go off to loving homes and that is all I want too. As I say once I know you are boss I really am a lovely sweet girl. I would love nothing more than to cuddle up with my own family.
