Barnabus – 2 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Beautiful Barnabus is an approximately 2 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, who is currently being fostered with 2 other male dogs, whom he adores! He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, deflead and wormed. Barnabus, now nicknamed Barney, was on death row at a local dog pound, after being brought in as stray. He could not reward us more for saving his life…he is the most adorable, funny and loving character.
With a good walk morning and evening, he is happy to spend his days chilling out with his doggy friends, and is used to being left for a few hours each day. He adores his crate, which he sleeps in at night and when he’s left.

Barnabus is fantastic with other dogs, people..even chicken, ducks and farm animals. He is a good traveller in the car and knows basic commands. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt Barnabus will have a forever friend, who is loyal, very well behaved and a pleasure to have around.

Heres what his foster mummy and daddy have to say about him….

Barney is a lovable happy go lucky dog.He is very good with other dogs but wouldn’t recommend him to be in a house with young children as he can be quite boisterous (not intentionally) He is good on & off lead and comes back when he is called! Barney can he a bit of a chewer so don’t leave anything around him when your not there but i think he could be trained on this as he is a very quick learner. Whoever decides to take barney will never stop laughing he is the funniest and most lovable dog i’ve ever seen and will give all his love and more to his new owner. He’s a little bit clumsy, falling off sofas and running into things but all these things make him even more lovable. Barney is fully crate trained and even quite enjoys going in his little den when your out of the house and at night. we will definitely miss barney when he finds his forever home.

Barnabus would be fine to live with other dogs, or alone if there is someone at home for a good part of the day. Given his over enthusiatic greetings, a home with children aged 13 plus would needed for Barnabus.

How could anyone resist such a gorgeous face, with the personality to match?
