Barnie and Benny – 10 and 6 year old male Terrier Crosses
Meet Barnie and Benny they are Terrier cross boys that have been with us since early September 2009, as their elderly owner was unable to look after them.
Barnie is a 10 year old white and tan neutered male chap whereas; Benny is a 6 year old black and tan neutered male lad. They are happy, sweet natured lads that are inseparable and therefore must be rehomed together as Benny hates being parted from Barnie and they can often be seen curled up together. Barnie and Benny are very loving dogs, affectionate and eager to please, loving human attention. They are seeking someone that is at home most of the day as they love human company, but are fine to be left for short periods and are not destructive. They know some of their basic commands and Barney especially is playful whereas Benny just wants to join in!

Barnie is a very vocal chap when excited especially at the start of his walks and can be timid with strangers but is active and energetic. Benny is going to need plenty of exercise in his new home as he is obese and has been nicknamed ‘Dumpling’ and is on a special low fat diet to help him regain his figure.
Barnie and Benny are good with other dogs but best to be homed as the only pair have never mixed with cats and would be good in a family household where any children are aged 12 and older.
