Basil – 16 week old male Cross-Breed

Basil is a cross-breed boy aged approximately 16 weeks old who was found as a stray. He is clean in the house and very well behaved. Basil mixes well with other dogs but knows when playtime is over. At the moment Basil is living with cats, two large dogs and several children. He has shown no interest in the cats, loves the children and gets on great with the dogs.

As Basil is still very young he will need someone around for most of the day as he does not like to be left alone for very long.

Basil needs to be homed with another dog. He likes to sleep in the same room as his owners, otherwise he can howl for a while before settling. As long as someone is around most of the time, Basil is happy just to curl up next to you.

Like most young dogs, Basil will need to attend training classes to ensure he grows up to be a well behaved and social dog. We have no idea how big Basil will grow, as we have no idea what his parents were. We think Basil will end up being a medium sized dog – but who knows?

Basil will need to be neutered when he is old enough.
