Bella – 7 year old female Labrador Cross
Hey there, my name is Bella and I am a 7 year old Labrador Cross. I have been told I’m quite a pretty girl and that I am lovely, so why oh why does no one want to take me home with them? I am a happy girl who loves to get loads of exercise. I like nothing better than chasing a ball around in the paddock or going for a nice long walk. I love it when I get to go out as I do get quite depressed and lonely when I’m in my kennel all on my own. I’m a lucky girl because I get to go out for the day with some nice people they call volunteers, funny name if you ask me! These days are fab and I never want them to end.
I think the problem is that I am quite a shy girl when I first meet someone. I suppose I don’t always make a good first impression. Once I get to know you though I will be your best friend and I will love you forever and ever. I just need someone to understand that. I must mention that I also love my toys and the more toys I have the better! I also sometimes just need a bit of ‘Bella time’. I just need to be on my own occasionally to relax and chill out and then I’m ready for action again. That’s not too much to ask for, is it? I’m keeping my paws crossed that someone will take me home with them soon so I can get all the love and fun that I need.
