Belle – 3 year old female Japanese Akita
Belle is a Japanese Akita girl aged approximately 3 years old who was found straying in Yorkshire, she has obviously been used for breeding as she has recently had a litter of puppies. She is a sweet girl, very waggy and friendly and seems unfazed by the other dogs and commotion in the pound. She is relatively small for an Akita female and is a little underweight, she wouldn’t keep still for her picture taken as she was too interested in seeking out treats in the office.
Belle is currently serving her 7 days in the pound and if unclaimed will be looking for a forever home to call her own. As a stray with no history Belle cannot be placed in a family with children under 10.
