Ben – 7 month old male Cross-Breed

Ben is a seven month old Cross-Breed pup. Ben is fostered in Gt Yarmouth (FR036). As starts in life go it’s safe to say that Ben’s has been rather rubbish. He was hit by a car when he was small and left paralyzed. An operation on his spine has restored much of his mobility but he has been left quite wobbly on his back end and does rather resemble a new born Bambi trying to walk on ice!

Despite his disability you will not find a dog anywhere that’s cheerier than Ben. I defy anyone not to smile at the sight of his ambling and wonky method of play. Ideally he needs his antics to be slightly more restricted than they are currently but sadly we do not need the calmish environment he needs as all of our fosterers are crazy dog people and therefore have hectic households. Ben lives happily with dogs and cats but ideally companions would be calmer than the other pups he is fostered with currently.

We are not completely sure what the future holds for Ben at the moment but should he need further help in the future we as a rescue will financially support costs relating to his mobility issues.
