Ben – 4 year old male Border Collie
Ben is a male tri-colour Border Collie, who is almost 4 years old and is very lovely. Ben is beautiful, cuddly, playful and intelligent. He is very loyal, well behaved and house trained. Ben loves people, especially anyone who gives him fuss and attention. He is very patient and playful with children and is a quick learner.
Ben is also very energetic and needs lots of walks and exercise. He understands quite a few commands: sit, lie down, stay, stand up, come here, wait, fetch, drop, paw, bed, away and down.
Ben doesn’t like strange dogs much, but if he gets to know them he is okay. He has quite a large bushy tail and has no idea what he is doing with it, which can lead to things being knocked over.
Ben was a family pet, living with two young children. Sadly a marriage break meant his owner could not look after Ben since he often worked long hours and had to leave Ben on his own all day.
