Poor Bentley has been cruelly abandoned by someone, but he has definitely been someone’s dog. Bentley does a wonderful ‘give paw’ when you have a treat as he turns his paw inwards and it looks like he’s praying with one paw (aka hand!). It’s so sweet, but also sad at the same time, sad that whoever taught him that, who Bentley probably really loved, just threw him out to fend for himself. BIG SHAME on them! He was also much too thin when he came into our care, bless him.
Bentley is 3 years old and is a very friendly and loving boy, but is totally bewildered by everything that is happening to him. He is also extremely sad and I’m sure he would cry real tears if he could. Bentley is a a good-sized Boxer and he will need someone prepared to do some lead training with him please and probably someone experienced with the breed, or a similar breed. Bentley will need an enclosed, secure garden for extra fun and games and 2 good walks every day, either in the countryside or at the beach.
Bentley has been neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped and can be rehomed outside of the county, subject to a successful homecheck. Bentley can live with older children, but would prefer to be the only fur-baby in the home.
Bentley is a lovely boy and we hope he will really appeal to all those Boxer lover’s out there….PLEASE. We sincerely hope Bentley isn’t waiting too long for a lovely, new forever home……fingers crossed!
