Beth – 12 year old female Border Collie

Hi, my name is Beth and I’m a 12 year old Border Collie. Prior to being at the Centre, I have always lived on a small holding and have a farm collie’s mentality so am looking for a similar set up if possible; secure, quiet and no children where I can left to my own devices without being fussed over. I much prefer being outdoors but for my indoor area, I’d be better having a room which isn’t overly furnished as curtains, cushions and the like are great to play with and likely destroy in the process! I’m a big fan of any toy and like to cram as many as possible into my mouth! I’m a bit reluctant to let anyone have them back though, including other dogs so a resident dog would have to understand this! I’m what you call a “Quirky Collie” but will make you smile with my antics!
