Owners evicted and bailiffs found Blaze in the house with 13 cats, a budgie and 3 guinea pigs when they broke in. Blaze went into foster was passed on without knowledge of the Housing Dept then passed back at the council offices with no kennels available anywhere on a Sunday so we took him in and offered him a Rescue place.
