Bonnie and Charlie are 6-8 year old male and female Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Bonnie and Charlie are looking for a new home through no fault of their own. They are a lovely pair of dogs who really do deserve their forever home. Bonnie has had several surgeries for corneal ulcers which have reduced her vision and made her eyes opaque. She does now have limited vision but is happy to walk out on her lead and potter about in and outside of the home without incident. She does not require further treatment for her eyes.
She has a grade 2 heart murmur, obligatory for most Cavalier King Charles Spaniels – again she is not symptomatic and does not require any medication at this time. Bonnie and Charlie have always been together and will need to be re homed together. It would be a travesty to split them up at this stage of their lives.
Bonnie and Charlie travel fine in the car, are clean in the house and can be left for short periods. They would like a home without other dogs and no small children due to Bonnie’s eyesight. They have been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and will be having full dentals prior to re homing. They are currently on foster in Orpington Kent.
