Bonnie and Clyde is a 1-2 year old male and female Cross-Breeds. Bonnie and Clyde are rescued puppies currently in foster in Hertfordshire. They have flown in from Cyprus where black dogs are thought of as unlucky and so they are now looking for loving homes in the UK. Here is a little about them. Bonnie has a patch of white hair on her chest and white toes on her hind legs. Clyde has a little patch of white hair under his chest. They can be rehomed together or individually but they would need a canine companion if they went on their own. They both love a cuddle with a human or together, enjoy playing with toys and snoozing in the sunshine.
Both Bonnie and Clyde have lovely personalities and have settled into their foster home very quickly, discovering squeaky toys, comfy sofas and yummy roast chicken. Toilet training is going very well with no accidents since the first day, they are dry through the night and happily sleep in a crate. They have started to walk on a lead but it’s a scary experience so their foster mum is gradually building up their confidence, going a bit further each day. They would both benefit from attending puppy classes so they develop into confident young dogs.
Both pups are very good with food and treats, there is no food aggression but Bonnie is the greedy one and she will happily eat Clyde’s dinner given a chance! They have started some clicker training. Both are food motivated so reward based training should see great results with some time and patience. They would love a home with a medium to large garden for them to run around and ideally someone who is at home most of the day. Their forever home could be with a family with dog savvy children or a couple or a single active person. Both are vaccinated and microchipped and have pet passports.
Please contact their foster mum if you are interested in either or both of them. ADOPTION IS SUBJECT TO A HOME CHECK AND NEUTERING AGREEMENT. Full post adoption backup support is offered. Minimum donation is £325 each or £650 for both.
