Born in October 2015, Bouncer is a medium-sized male dog with a short coat. He is currently in the care of RSDR waiting for someone to offer him a loving home. In October 2016, we were at the municipality shelter in Kardzhali, collecting two other dogs we had been asked to take. We spotted Bouncer trembling at the back of his pen. Nothing was known about him and we were told he had only been there a couple of days. After talking to him for a while, he came forward and was pressing his face against the wire to be stroked.
Bouncer had bad open wounds on both his front legs, his back leg, another wound on top of his head and one at the side of his muzzle. There were other wounds all at different stages of healing. Knowing that he wouldn’t survive the conditions there, we decided to take him back to our shelter.
Bouncer really is a lovely boy, all of his wounds have now healed and he is ready to find his forever home. He loves a fuss from everybody at the shelter and gets on really well with all the other dogs. He has been vaccinated, micro-chipped, treated for fleas and worms and comes with his own pet passport.
