Boycie is a 3 week old male Cross-Breed. Boycie was born in rescue after his mum (Mo) was signed over whilst pregnant. Mum coped well in the last stages of her pregnancy and is currently doing a great Job looking after “the boys”. Especially given that she is such a young mum herself.
The pups will be ready for their new homes at between 8 and 10 weeks providing all continues to go well.
Currently they are eating, growing, sleeping and pooping as you would expect. We will continue to update on the pups as they grow. We will accept applications and will hold on file until such times as they have been cleared by the vets to be re homed. They will need new owners who are around for most of the day, most importantly they will need owners that are able to commit to at least the next 15 years – that’s 15 years of loyalty, love and protection. Please only apply if you are able to offer this to these pups.
We would like older children who can take an active role in their training and socialisation as they grow. This will ensure that they become well behaved friendly adult dogs. We cannot tell you what these pups will look like, we have no idea! Mum is like a long legged Shih Tzu or a derivative of and all of the pups look, at this point like they will have mums fluffy coat. Please don’t apply if you would like a dog of known breed or parentage as this gorgeous guys are of the 57 Variety.
They will be re homed on a neutering contract and reduced cost neutering is available at our vets. They will be wormed regularly, micro chipped and vaccinated. Bear, Boycie and Paddy are currently on foster in Aldershot Hampshire.
*Update May 2018*
Boycie and his brothers are continuing to do well their characters are starting to emerge and they are becoming more active. They have started to show an interest in food now which is great. Eyes are open and play amongst them has started with a vengeance. It looks like all pups are going to follow in mums footsteps with their coats, please consider the additional cost of having them groomed or clipped during the warmer months. It is not expected that the pups will be very big at all, we think possibly smaller height wise than mum as their little legs are very short!
We know they are adorable but please consider honestly if you are able to commit to them for the next 12-15 years, they started life in rescue and we hope that when they go to their new homes it will be forever.
