Broxi is a gorgeous 9 year old Border Collie cross English Springer Spaniel boy who is in an Oldies Club foster home in Heywood, Lancashire, waiting for someone to offer him a permanent home. Broxi is such a pretty boy! He is also cheeky, fun-loving and sociable. Broxi gets on well with dogs, has lived with a cat, and is fine with older children. He is happy to be left on his own for a few hours and enjoys walks. Broxi is an independent kind of guy and he is happy to be left on his own for a few hours. He would be fine to be left for part-time working hours.
Broxi is great with other dogs and would be happy to live with a dog friend. He shared his foster home with his fosterer’s friend’s holidaying staffy for 2 weeks recently. Broxi lived with a cat in his previous home and they were said to be good friends. There are no cats in his foster home but he has never chased cats he’s seen outside.
Broxi is used to children but he can be very bouncy and likes to jump up when he’s excited, so any children in his new home should be aged over 10. Broxi loves walks and has always been walked on the lead. He pulls with excitement at first but he is then OK. Broxi is enjoying two or three 30-minute walks a day.
Broxi is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and has been flea treated. He has no current health issues.
