Buddy – 2 year old male Akita

Meet 2 year old male Buddy who is a handsome Akita, looking for a new home. Currently being kept in a garden shed and never walked, Buddy is understandably frustrated and full of energy – something we are certain would be entirely different in a new home where he would be walked and exercised suitably. Friendly and affectionate, Buddy was excited to meet our assessor, and started to lick him as he leaned in for a cuddle! Buddy has a basic knowledge of commands, however this is something that we feel can be further progressed in a new home. Buddy has not had a walk in months; his owner does not possess a lead so unfortunately we were unable to assess Buddy’s on-lead manners!

Currently living with small children, Buddy has little interaction with them due to his bounciness, with this in mind Buddy will not be placed in a home with a young family. Could you offer Buddy the home and attention he so desperately needs? Please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
