Caitlin is a three year old medium sized Collie Cross and was on our list of overlooked dogs from the dog rescue shelter in Romania. Caitlin wins everyone she meets over immediately by rolling on her back and asking for a tummy rub and it’s impossible to resist (those eyes!). She really has a gorgeous character and a very sweet nature.
At bedtime she chooses not to join the other dogs upstairs and settles herself in the living room. She is so happy to see everyone in the morning and greets you with a happy dance and asks for more belly rubs. She is living with children and other dogs but would be fine as an only dog too unfortunately she can’t live with a cat/s. She’s perfectly happy to have all the cuddles to herself and loves to cosy up on the sofa with a human.
When she sees it’s time for a walk the happy dance starts again and you can’t help but smile. Thinking of where she’s come from and the years wasted, spent ignored and overlooked, typical for a black dog. Please let 2017 be her year, it’s about time for lovely Caitlin.
