Cameron, born June 2017 is a male Cross-Breed from Romania, currently in foster in Wiltshire who is still waiting for his forever home. He is a medium sized boy with a curly tail and super temperament. Cameron has come on leaps and bounds in the care of his foster mum. He is fully clean in the house and knows his basic commands. He also walks well on his lead, collar and harness. He likes to be handled, enjoying his daily groom from his foster mum.
Cameron really enjoys travelling in the car and is also crate trained, so can be left in his crate for short periods of time. Cameron loves the company of other dogs, but can be a bit unsure of new dogs or strangers when he is on the lead, so introductions would need be to slow at first. He is getting better all the time with this and with consistent guidance and socialisation he has become less wary in new situations.
Cameron has not experienced living with cats or children, but we feel he could live with teenagers in a calm household. Cameron would suit a home where there is someone around for most of the day as he can become bored when he is alone. He would benefit hugely from having another friendly dog in the home too as he loves to play. He would be best suited to an active home that has a lot of time to devote to him and where the socialisation, training and work of his foster mum is built upon.
Cameron has plenty of energy so would need a secure garden where he could comfortably bound around in. A local adoption would be best for Cameron, so that he can get to know his new home and family in stages, as this would make the transition easier for him. He is a gentle, loving boy who deserves to find his forever home.
