Hi everyone, I’m Joker – can you guess why that’s my name? Well, I’ve got the biggest smile you’ve ever seen on a doggy’s face, I just can’t help myself!
As well as being a happy bundle of fun, I like lots of exercise and long walks, love my food and just want to share all my affection and energy with a new family. In return, I’ll be your best friend and, of course, make you smile every day.

Hi everyone, my name is Bruno and I’m told that I’m a very handsome chap with gorgeous brown eyes – but I couldn’t possibly agree, I’m far too modest. I’ve been here for a while now and thought I’d found my new home when I was fostered by a family – but they brought me back here because I got poorly ears, so I’m still waiting! My ears are much better now so maybe you could take me home for a bit and see how lovely I am. Go on, give me a try, promise I’ll be a really good boy and that you’ll never want to let me go!

JR - 5 year old male Jack Russell Terrier
Hi there, my name is JR – no, not that man with the silly hat from America, but a lonely little Jack Russell who just wants a new family to call my own. I’ve not been here for long and am in a kennel with some big dogs, they’re lovely but I prefer a human lap and lots of strokes. I’m feeling a bit shy here and don’t really know what’s happening, so please take me home and I promise I’ll wag my tail for you every day and put a big smile on your face.

This is the lovely Milo, he is a 5 year old male cross-breed. He had lived with an elderly lady since he was a pup but she can no longer care for him due to ill health. She still asks after Milo everyday and gets her daughter to ring up to see how he is and if there is any home offers - if anything please consider this dog to give this lady some peace.
He is a lovely boy who has been fussed a lot, he has fine with cats but can be funny with other dogs (but this maybe the kennel situation). He would be best suited to being an only dog but may also get on with a bitch. He is great with people and children. All our dogs are neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed and deflead.

The lovely Tom Thumb is an approx 2-3 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Whippet who urgently needs to find a new home by 8th November. He isn’t too keen on other dogs, but doesn’t have a serious reaction to them. He is entire at the moment and castration would take the edge off of his dislike to them. He is more interested in food than anything else! He is fine with people and very good on recall. No cats! Older children only as he may knock youngsters over.
Transport can be arranged. All dogs have been wormed and defleaed. All will need vaccinating and micro-chipping and some will need to be neutered. No other vets fees are needed. All of these dogs were picked up as strays and never claimed. Rescue placements offered for these dogs also gratefully received. New prospective owners will need to vaccinate, neuter and microchip under this rescues strict guidelines.

Tigger is an 18 month Tigger! Poodle x ?Patterdale 14″ to the withers so small; slight build with a charcoal grey non moult coat with blaze of white. He has a very sweet nature but hasn’t had the best of starts. Now needs a good home who are up for a cheeky terrier with all the safety and security measures that involves. he is great with dogs and people. His energy may get whipped up by young children..visitors who are respectful yes. Would benefit from training though knows sit and paws!

Prince is a 3 year old male German Shepherd, he came in from our Branch in Birmingham as they are nearly full up and we had some spaces. He was brought in via the inspector through no fault of his own. He is lovely dog and would be ok to live with older children, he is also good with other dogs. Prince is not coping that great with kennels and seems very withdrawn and frightened, bless him, he is a very lovely dog and really needs to get into a forever home to help build his confidence up again.
There is nothing aggressive about him even though he is scared, I think he is just completely bewildered by it all. For some reason half his tail is missing and we do not know why! All our dogs are neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed and deflead.

Benjy is a 5 month old Lurcher male puppy, his eyes are actually the same colour as his coat. He was brought in as unwanted, for no other reason than he is a dog. He is a lovely puppy friendly outgoing and needing lots of cuddles, no down sides to him just a loving normal puppy, Benjy is one of the lucky ones he has a lovely foster home with 3 children, cats and another dog.
Benjy has had all his jabs and been micro-chipped etc, the RSPCA will give you voucher so he can be neutered when he is a bit older. We will not home puppies to working homes.

Jules is a jewel. He is a Jack through and through..so come forwards you Jack lovers..he doesn’t go halves on personality. Jules was found stray with a female Jack Russell..she was sold from the pound. He was frightened and reactive in the pound and nearly lost his life. He must be about 3 yrs old.
He has actually settled well since coming into foster and we experience him to be very sweet; very loving; a licky licky lap dog. He has been trained to beg and is housetrained. Jules however is reacting to dogs outside but is showing signs of settling. He is mixing with dogs inside his foster home just fine. Trusted person can approach him whilst in his bed and stroke him. You can also put food in his bowl no reaction. Neutered; 1st Vax’d and chipped.
Jules needs a family who can give him the confidence he needs to regain his. He will come out the other side and has all the hallmarks of a clever; well loved and attentive Jack.

Millie is a lovely 8 yr old Labrador cross who was rescued in France and has come to our small island. She is just wonderful. Good with people; children; dogs. Millie has grown up along side a baby who is now 5 yrs. good off the lead. Needs garden security. Sits for her treats. Her tail is like a big black feather duster so your housework gets done in the process of having fun. She is looking for companionship. Fostered in Blackheath London
So what can we say..Millie is spayed; vax’d and chipped. She wont be with us for long as she will find her forever home pretty soon … so hurry thru … she is a gem!
