Macey 5-7 month old Beagle cross. This youngster is a joy, She is friendly and happy and will be a great addition to many different homes, she walks well and enjoys human and canine company. As a yougster Macey will need to be trained and guided into becoming a well adjusted adult and she will need someone home for most the day. She will be a loving , loyal companion to the right family. Macey will need a fairly active home to keep her happy Macey is fine to be handled and although keen on her walks, she is responsive , so further training will be easy .

Tess is an 18 month old Beagle cross Spaniel type. She gets on very well with other dogs and is a lovely girl. She is alert and obedient and wonders why she is looking for a new home so close to Christmas.

Charlie 6 year old male kelpi/beagle cross. Came in as his owner has severe health problems, so reluctantly gave him over to rescue as he felt he deserves a better life. He is not so good with other dogs and can be boisterous, so suggest older children. Loves long walks and being with people.

Artie is approx 10 month old neutered male possibly a Beagle cross. He is a lively lad who loves to play and OK with most dogs. He was rescued from Death Row and is now looking for his forever home. Artie can live with children aged 10 years plus.

Mac – 18 month old male Beagle cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier

This is Mac, he is a young handsome Beagle cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier boy aged approximately 18 months old. He was rescued from “Death Row” in August 2009, he was rehomed briefly but it did not work out due to the family dynamics. Mac is a lovely lad all he needs is an understanding owner who is prepared to put some training into the relationship. He has had a lot of changes in his short life – not all of them good ones.

He has that beautiful Staffie grin but without the teeth, he is a strong dog and is very playful. Ideally he will be rehomed with a family where there are older children who can play and exercise him but not get knocked over in his exuberance. He is currently located in Cheshire.

Geezer – 5 year old male Foxhound cross Beagle

Meet Geezer! He’s fully housetrained and has lived with a 13 year old child and other dogs, but never with cats. He behaves well on the lead and follows basic commands i.e. sit, he’ll also give you his paw if when its treat time! If he is off the lead and he gets a scent he is gone (although his previous owner has said that he always finds his way home…again must be a scent thing).

He is fine when he meets other dogs he’s out walking. He gets excited when he meets visitors and jumps up, but that’s just his way of saying ‘hello’. Geezer’s owners have just moved into a flat hence he is now available for re-homing, and because of his breed he will need regular exercise.

Geezer had his vet check and was really well behaved, he’s a lovely dog and although he is quite an independent dog he does like his cuddles too!
