Rocky - 8-10 month old male English Bull Terrier Cross
Rocky is a loving 8-10 month old male English Bull Terrier cross, possibly Boxer. He is a good natured, friendly young dog who is good with kids. Rocky needs a home, without another dog, but where someone is around all day, as he prefers his human to be home for lots of Bullie cuddles.
Rocky is still young so needs some basic training, but he is not as over the top and excitable as are some ‘Bullies. This chap is a really nice boy who likes cuddles and would like to be a lap dog if you have got a big lap big enough!

Dolly (ref 98) is a 5 year old English Bull Terrier cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier who came into the shelter in February due to her owner’s ill health. Dolly is a real people friendly girl and rushes to greet everyone.
She is quite stubborn and independent so needs some security and leadership to help form a close bond. Dolly can become possessive when playing tug so its best avoided. She is a lovely girl, she can be rehomed with children 8 years + and would be best as the only pet in the home.

Please meet Archie, a English Bull Terrier cross Boxer male aged approximately 10 months old. Sandy in colour with white markings. He is a medium sized boy who is very friendly and bouncy! Manchester Dogs Home chipped and homed him in October 2007. His owner knew that he was in a stray kennels but didn’t want him back, poor, poor boy!

Macy needs a large home with a garden and can live with kids 10+ who have experience of dogs and will get involved with the training and not reinforce any bad habits. She has great potential for new owners.

This handsome man is Chance, he is an English Bull Terrier cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier who is being fostered in Market Harborough. He gets on well with other dogs but does not like children so will need a forever home with no children. His foster parents love him so much that they are considering keeping him themselves but at the moment he is still up for adoption.

This is Pix, a 4 year old brown brindle Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross English Bull Terrier male. He’s a sweet boy who loves cuddles. He is clean in his kennel and seems to be okay with other dogs. Pix is kennelled at Cottam waiting for his new owners to come and find him.
Mica
Mica is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross English Bull Terrier of about 4 years old. She is deaf and so we would like an experienced home for her, someone used to living with a deaf dog would be ideal.
Because she is deaf she is sometimes startled by other dogs and can snap at them when scared although at all other times gets on great with other dogs, so perhaps a home with laid back respectful resident dogs.
Mica loves people, she is very much a people dog, eager to please and attentive, she can be left for upto 4 hours and will sleep the time away. Fun , happy and gentle, also very beautiful! What more could you ask for.

Mica is a 4 year old female English Bull Terrier cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She loves dogs and has lived with others, male and female, will happily play for hours and is very tolerant.
However, Mica is deaf and easily startled, so will snap if another dog approaches without her noticing. This is only to warn, and has only happened when she doesn’t know another dog is behind her. Because of this we feel she may be better homed as an only dog, although experienced dog owners with laid back, respectful dogs will also be considered, we don’t know how she gets on with cats.
She adores people and can be rehomed with older children, is very eager to please and very attentive but has never been taught what she shouldn’t do. She will need a firm but gentle handler, someone with the time and patience to work with her and help her learn.
