Smudge – 8 month old male English Bull Terrier

Smudge is the most affectionate lovable chap. He is amazing with children and has been around babies and children all his life. He is only 8 months home and due to health issues and work committments his current Mummy cannot keep him. He is a very good boy, he sleeps downstairs with the run of the lounge, doesnt chew things he shouldn’t (apart from slippers, but everyone has a weakness).

He is fully house trained and is pretty good on the lead, although he does pull a bit when he sees other dogs. He is dog and cat friendly, although very bouncy so the new dog needs to confident with playful dogs. He cannot go to a home where they will crate him as if he is put in a crate he howls continually and is very unhappy, but left with free roam he is absolutely fine. He is being neutered w/c 16th January. He is fully vaccinated, flead wormed and micro chipped.

If you would like to know more about Smudge please call Impawtant Pups Puppy Rescue on 07926 249449

Smudge is currently in Derby but he will be looking for a foster home whilst a forever home is found.

Maddie – 4 year old female English Bull Terrier

Maddie is a four year old female English Bull Terrier. She’s a typical bull terrier and therefore would benefit from an owner with experience of this breed. A handsome girl who stood nicely for her photoshoot. She is making her paws sore at the moment but we think this is due to kennel stress and therefore like to get her into a home as soon as possible.

Charlie – 11 year old female English Bull Terrier

Charlie is an 11 years young female English Bull Terrier. Charlie has had one family home her whole life and has very much been a part of the family, but sadly needs to find a loving new home due to our baby’s allergy. Charlie is very affectionate and loves nothing more than being spoilt with strokes and attention. She likes to daydream and rest her head in laps like a cat! She is a massive foodie and despite being just fed, has perfected the look of ‘seconds please’! Food, cuddles and sleep are her favourite things.

Charlie is walked every day and enjoys small short walks, maximum 30 mins a time, as long ones tend to tire her out. She has plenty of sleep, probably 70% of the time. Charlie is great with kids and is very patient. She has lived with other dogs, (previously lived with two Staffies) and is very patient. She has lived with other dogs and is perfectly OK as long as they are fed separately as she can be food possessive.

Charlie is in good general health, apart from her dry eye which is treated with lubricating artificial tears eye drops daily.

Other info:
Charlie is a KC registered pedigree English Bull Terrier. She is 11 years old and chipped and neutered.”

Charlie is in Streatham, London.

Belle – 4 year old female English Bull Terrier

Hi, my name is Belle and they all say I’m gorgeous even though I know I’m not that pretty at the moment. Someone has neglected me and I’m very hungry and my skin is very sore – but now I have had a bath and lots of treatment – and they say I will get better soon.

I like all my friendly neighbours and the people here are scrummy. I like nothing better than a walk and a cuddle. I haven’t been spayed yet and so I can only go to live with another doggie thats been castrated already – and only then – when my skin settles down.

You can phone and talk to them about me though – because they say that once I’m well again – I should fine a home easily because I’m such a happy girl – even though people haven’t been kind to me in the past – I still love you all.

Although in bully terms – I’m a really good girl – I am looking for a bully savvy owner because I can be a little madame at times (well a lot really but only bully type madame). I can be dominant sometimes too – and they have decided I need to go as an only dog. I’m ok walking out and about with other dogs though. I’m still gorgeous.

Max – 21 month old male Bull Terrier

Max is a 21 month old Bull Terrier who has not had the best start in life.
He is looking for a experienced home, with no other pets or children where clear boundries will be set. Max is happy in his own company and can be left for up to 6 hours. He enjoys his walks and likes to play ball with you. He is crate trained and will settle happily in his crate, he is also fully housetrained.

Max will need to go back to basics with his training as he has had very little untill he came into BIN’s care, he is very food oriented which helps with the training. Max is currently in the North West.

Dixxie – 3 year old female English Bull Terrier

Dixxie is a beautiful English Bull Terrier girl who is aged 3 years. She is a really gorgeous girl whose only flaw appears to be that she gets upset if startled out of her sleep (just like most heavy sleepers!) instead of being given time to wake-up properly.

Dixxie is great with the other dog sat the sanctuary and is also good with them when out on walks, but we feel that she would love to be the only dog in her home where she would get all of the attention. She has had eye surgery for untreated entropian, which was successful.

Dixxie is not bad on lead, although, just like the majority of bullbreeds, she’s not bothered about 100% perfect heelwork if there’s something interesting to sniff! She has good recall and is good offlead.”

Ellie – 9 year old female English Bull Terrier

This beautiful and sprightly 9 year old is a really loving lady, who deserves to spend her twilight years in a loving and caring home. She is currently in kennels in Spalding in Lincolnshire, so please be aware it is expected that you travel to the area, as well as a required homecheck.

Ellie’s spritely nature is amazing and she is in excellent condition and health. She will need to be the only dog in her new home as she does not want to share her home, but outside she seems OK towards other dogs and does not look for trouble.

Ellie will need time to settle as she has not lived freely in a home before, so she is like a Bull in a china shop, everything will overwhelm her and excite her. So with this is mind it is preferred that she goes to an all adult home where she will not knock any small children over. She will also need time to get house trained as she has not been taught this.

Please search your heart deeply and give this girl a chance. She is looking for patience, kindness and care in her new owners. Someone who is at home and willing to help Ellie have a normal life.
